Fraud, Transaction never processed and my account got banned without any reason
I did a transaction with one university for their fee using Pyypl, since international transactions were blocked back then in Afghanistan. and that was the only money I had, but they stole it from me.
They said the transaction was processed, but the university never received the money, and guess what? They asked for the bank statement of the university while they were not providing any proof of transfer payment.
I asked several times for proof, but after some time they stopped answering me, and then my account was banned.
So NEVER, NEVER, EVER USE PYYPL; it is SCAM!!!!

After my review on trustpilot, pyypl reached me back. They said my card was okay, it was marchant terms that was preventing my card payment. It was complete lie. I tried another card from redotpay and payment was done without any issue. I further tried to find people with the same problem as mine. So I visited pyypl's facebook official page and surfed through the reviews. I was shocked to see so many people were ripped off their money by pyypl and they always saying the same rhetoric "our support is working around the clock to resolve the issue" or something like this. But they never resolve any issue or intended to do so. It was quite apparent from their rhetorical answers to all reviews. They lie without shame just like a thief. My 29 USD is locked on card and I will never get back I know. I dont understand how come the are still in business. They must be stopped.

No refund, no support
On March 2, the seller I paid through Pyypl sent me a refund. On March 23, I opened a request with Pyypl support (#321690).
When I try to contact the company, bots respond to me, and they do not provide any useful information. Today, I opened another support ticket (#414595) with a complaint about the first one, and the bot again answered, "Everything is fine; usually, the refund takes 30 business days. Please wait." I've been waiting for more than three months.
It's frustrating, and I don't recommend anyone use Pyypl.

Not professional, they don't respond to requests
I have made a purchase using Pyypl debit card, and the purchase didn't go through, so the marchant issued a refund into the card i used, but i haven't received the refund, i contacted their call service many time, but they don't respond, and to this day i didn't receive any refund, this is so worng and unprofessional.

They blocked my account for no good reason with my funds inside for a while now. but anytime I contacted them they open a new case ID ask for the same requirements. my card was blocked due to repeated transaction request/ in case i try to reach out them using contact us feature and website email. they replayed to wait but do nothing. it was better to check the problem instead of giving email response many times.
It has been a 3 days since the issue happened Not fixed yet.
