I filled out a survey online as told I was eligible to have windows installed as part of a scheme due to to certain health related benefits I receive, subsequently, a company called me to book me in for a free survey.

The salesman turned up, sat in his clapped out car for 5 minutes whilst he finished his cigarette, he came in and I cant explain how bad the guy smelled, it was like he hadn't had a wash in weeks. He went around the house and measured up for new Upvc windows and then gave me his best sales patter, knocking the price down from £8k+ to around £3.5k. He wanted me to make a decision there and then and I said there's no way I'm agreeing to it now, I need to speak to the boss (my partner) so typical sales tactic 'I'll speak to my boss to see if they can keep your price for 24 hours'... obviously, they agreed to doing that and they never chased me up for an answer.
I also said that I had recently had a boiler installed on a scheme and they were complete cowboys... he said 'check out our reviews online, you'll see how good we are'..... Well I'm glad I did because they are all terrible.
A huge waste of my time as I spent the next 2 hours trying to get rid of the stench that the smelly salesman left throughout my house.

Received letter yesterday after 10 months waiting, this company is no longer at this address, do not use these, unless you want to get ripped off

Terrible company. When they eventually turned up they didn't start till 11am. Was rushing all day then by the end of the 3 days they hadn't fitted the door so had to come back at a later date. Left a complete mess including mcdonald's breakfast wrappers around where the van was parked (11am start????)
Windows don't close properly, restricters missing from upstairs windows (kids room), door has large gap letting in cold air and damage to window handles. Was suppose to come back and sort these problems, it's been almost a year.
Guys were polite and nice to talk to.

Wish I had read these reviews before March. Fortunately only paid a minimal deposit so not too out of pocket but all the same it rankles. Dreadful service throughout and no response to calls or emails but from the looks of it it’s better they weren’t fitted! Will stick with reputable and local next time.

My mum was contacted by this company through an ad in jan 2021. She thought she was getting a grant / discount type of promotion which they later didn't grant in the end, and turned around said my mum wasn't eligible. They then made her make instalments of £1000 randomly to.different bank accounts, which is fishy as it is. The middle man is a pakistani lady called Aisha (07871055337) who is manipulative and gaslight. Says I've got it all wrong and she works for tiling not windows company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Disgusting company.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!!! TERRIBLE; diabolical service-patio door installed 'inside out' i.e. security screws are on the outside, and the door is effectively upside down as a result of this.
I've made 100's of phone calls to the company and to Andy Gabriel (owner), all to no avail; they will neither answer nor return my calls.

Of course all of the above and previous reviews can be expunged if they simply contact me and rectify their shoddy workmanship.
*Nil stars really however, Trust pilot won't let one award zero stars.

Paid £518 deposit Nov 2020. Work was never carried out. Emails sent but no response. They never answer the phone so will now have to go to small claims for a refund and presumably join a queue of creditors. Furthermore they were adamant they had been to measure up at a date and time agreed. Of course no show so we are left wondering if they used Google maps to measure !!!

This company is very dodgy. There'll take your money and leave you high and dry.

My mother and I only lost our deposit of £250 each, but some very unfortunate customers have lost thousands of pounds to this shower of S--T.

The owner Andy will bulls--t you every time you ring him.

I'm not going to go on and on about how bad this company is but they would be top of the list for rouge traders.

You know the saying, if it sounds to good to be true then it probably is.

Absolute nightmare from beginning to end. Left with front door on back to front and a cracked window. I sent them a letter of intent to pursue the matter. Got it returned over a month later, not know at this address. So now the hunt goes on. STAY WELL AWAY.

Very bad took money not put windows and door in I told frand to police department there will do something if I know something like that was going to happen never done this

Had windows fitted by this outfit in March. I've no idea how this cowboy company got my number. I was looking for the Government Green scheme help for fitting new windows. I may have clicked a dodgy link. I got a call from this shower and arranged a salesman to come visit. Ian arrived in January. Offered me 4 medium sized and 2 small AAA rated windows with steel frames inside the upvc frames, UV reflective argon filled double glazing for £5100 less a £1500 discount from the GHGS leaving me with £3700 to pay. A one time offer so the government terms were he said. I fell for it hook line and sinker. I've never bought windows before. Had them fitted in March.
Today I've had a man in to refit the windows properly as they were falling out of the walls. There was one screw on each side of the frames, that's it.
The new guy tells me that the windows are OK but they are not in the slightest what I was told I was buying.
I've been trying to get hold of Andy the guy who dealt with any calls since April chasing up the promised 10 year warranty certificate. In the time up to today I have known there was an issue with this company claiming to be working on behalf of the GHGS and have been in communication with the schemes compliance department who in turn have been communicating with the Police and Trading standards.
According to companies House this shower are in liquidation. Mark my words they will show up again renamed and out to scam more people. Looking for new windows? Now trading as Home Pro Solutions.

Hi I really hope this helps everyone who have paid a deposit for windows. I had my windows fitted this week and they look amazing. The quality of the windows, the guys who fitted the window were fantastic, really friendly, cleaned up and will recommend. Ok yes they did and still do have a few problems, which Andy and `kelly explained. They were overwhelmed with orders, some of the window fitters let them down and with no fault of themselves, however the mistake they made was not letting their customers know what was going on, and yes we all got very anxious, had the scam knot, said a few harsh words because of the unknown. Kelly called me and explained the situation and a fitting date arranged. Please don't, like me, think these guys are out to rip you off they're not.....just a lack of communication.

I have also had the same experience as many others with this company. I was pressured into a deposit and told the grant was government funding and later found out that it wasn't. I have no reply from emails and nothing on the telephone so am treating it as fraud. If anyone could recommend a solicitor they have used who is already dealing with claims against this company I would much appreciate it.

This is an update. My daughter was contacted in January and was mis sold double glazing units by a salesman who misrepresented himself saying he was acting for the government and she was pressurised into placing an order with a deposit. County court judgment has been entered for return of the deposit. Needless to say we have had nothing back. DO NOT USE

The windows were fitted by this company in December 2020. The glass in the small front window still hasn’t been replaced and this is now becoming a joke, the glass has cracked from inside the window. We have called you a number of times and each time we have called, we only get excuses as to why you haven’t replaced the glass and now we can’t get through to you. It has also come to our attention that the silicon around the front bay window at the sides has shrunk and as time goes on will let the rain in which will course damp around the inside of the window. The finish is terrible, the silicon is big blobs coming down the sides because too much silicon has been used, and we now need this to be corrected by Quantam Glaze Ltd. The last thing that we are not happy with is the finish around all the windows, where cement has been used to secure the windows is a mess; it’s not a smooth finish and we now have to sort this out at a cost to us. We have emailed and wrote to you on the advice from Trading Standards and still no response, do not use this company under any circumstances.

I don’t know how the owner can sleep at night knowing that he is treating people like this and taking their money and doing a cowboy job!

If I could give you no stars I would. You will get whats coming to you...

This is a RIP Off company..who took 750.00
off me in January of this year. Asked for the rest of the rest of the money before they would complete the job on May 17th..which I refused to do..so they didn't show up..and since then have made up hundreds of excuses as to why they could not come.
Were supposed to come today to complete the job but have not contacted me and not shown up..and I cannot get through to them.
DO NOT TRUST THEM.
If anybody knows how I can get my money back through the bank..please let me know. Someone must know how to report this company or take them to court,if you can help please contact me on 07771543450
