Had a salesman from Qauntam glaze come to give me information and a quote which I agreed too and paid the deposit. I changed my mind the next day and contacted them by email filling out the right to cancel form. I very promptly was telephoned to ask why and I explained and my money was refunded that same day

Exactly same as other bad reviews. Lost our £400 deposit, aggressive, boisterous salesman. Eventually answered the phone to us and was just hurled a volley of abuse. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Informed police who said it would be best to record further conversations.

Sorry to hear that you feel this way, you and your sister both placed a order for windows. Your sister has had her windows installed. With your situation you wanted to cancel after two months of placing order when windows had been manufactured and ready to install. The company had legal rights which are written in your contract that we could of taken legal proceedings against you to recover costs as we are the people who are at loss. However we haven't done that due to your situation. That's the reason you didn't receive your deposit back.

The work the company did was really…
The work the company did was really really bad. They have left the windows frame external OPEN and left all the rain and moist to come into the house. The finish outside was really awful. I wish I could upload a picture here to let everyone have a look. I seriously doubted the other feedback was fake. It has been over two months. I have sent email to the company to raise the issues and called so many times but they never come back to the work. They promised they will come back until I was satisfied but they never did. Dont trust this company at all. They are not trustworthy and not responsible. It is the worst of the worst!!!!

Having initially been amazing this has turned into a nightmare. The actual fitters were first class lovely guys who did a great job. We had one window outstanding needing encapsulating and here we are nearly 5 months later and we don’t have it and can’t make any progress getting through to Andy or getting the window, our rightful and fully paid for property, returned to us. DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS COMPANY.
