OK.... I have left my review and this is an update I have now received my money back from the bank.... I have reported this company to various organisations (will not say what) and it is been dealt with you must report this company as they have received our grant money and we cannot get another grant.... They are making a fortune out of people!!!

Yes I will back you up? this firm can not keep doing this to people who have saved there hard earned money they need to be stopped before they do it to more people!!!!!!

Tried numerous times again to get through and no luck. I’ve rang the house where they’re based and they’ve advised me that no one is in the office so pointless to even go through. I’ve rang trading standards and they’ve advised to write a letter to request a full refund and give them time to respond, if no response, which we haven’t as of yet then they will take it further. You can submit a request for court through GOV.ORG I hear you have to pay a small fee but they will be summoned and why not. How can they get away with this. Told us there were backed by the government as part of this eco scheme. Load of rubbish

I am going to to examiner live with my experience of this company, I have already reported them to the police and trading standards. Does any one else want to back me.,?

Absolute joke of a company fitted wrong insert on door said they would change it havent finished plastering round door frame said they would do that when they come back still waiting for glass panel for conservatory as they brought wrong one been waiting months now they wont even reply to our numourous phone calls we have made emails would never use them again a joke from the start

Stay away. We’re going to court, to recoup 10k plus losses ...have asked them for all our info they hold through a subject access request. No response. They are not legit. Their office is just a mail box. Stay away

What a joke of a company -got my windows fitted middle of January 2021 after waiting from October to get them done no problems so far was happy with what they had done - in her instigated I pay for the windows even though they had t completed a he work then it all went wrong was meant to be getting a rubber roof fitted on my porch excuse after excuse first it was the weather it had to be above 2 degresss then when the weather was warmer it was raining in Leeds so they couldn’t come out but I live in Manchester and the weather was lovely
Now when I ring they don’t answer and because they hadn’t finished my roof off they haven’t sealed my door and my roof still leaks

Back in Dec 20 came and measured up gave a deposit of £1000. Said we would have our job done within 2 days middle of January 21. Andy is the biggest liar I have ever come across. Do not use this company. They literally ruin your life. The work is shoddy, they leave your house a total mess and go on the missing list and lie about van breaking down. There was holes in the plaster/brickwork letting draughts through. My list is endless. All I can say is Andy you are are charlatan and I hope you get what’s coming to you. Oh by the way don’t reply to this review. Bye Bye

Well I've still not heard a peep off of them!! They obviously want a bad reputation. There score was 5 now it's 3.6!!!! I think they'll take their conned money and do a runner soon. They obviously are con men. If you aren't Andy ring me and prove me wrong and all these other people on here you have conned!! You're obviously not bothered about your company or you'd have sorted yourselves out by now. SHAME on you!! How do you sleep??

Don't know where to start 1st Ian there rep nice man comes in November last year we agree on the items we want pay the deposit and told the items will be in before Xmas as we have a disabled son and a new born in the home. We thought this would be grate.
Christmas comes and gose nothing called them and got told they was having problems getting parts from abroad because of covid19.
When we do get a date it gets cancelled because of staffing issues.
We then get given the week after they come late afternoon to do the work to find out they are the wrong units.
we wanted the sliding door wish was not wide enough for are disabled son gave them two weeks to sort it problem out not been in touch.

Been calling them and just getting voice mail on both the office and Andys number 😒

It's fair to say I was angry over the phone and lost my temper with this company and was promised they sort it out and give us Frenchdoors. And still not heard any thing I think there not going to correspond or attempt to get this to this sorted wast of time wast of money £400 down the drains not that I can afford to lose that kind of money. AVOID AVOID AVOID

We contracted this company in Nivember for 2 new windows and paid the deposit. Since then we have been fobbed off time and again. We have even sent solicitors letter and involved Companies house to no avail. They dont answer calls overturn our calls. We thought mistakenly now that Quantum glaze and Qauntum glaze must be the same company. Oh how wrongvwecwere. Do not enter into any contract unless you want to lose your money

Not very good deal stil waiting for one

My previous bad review has been removed not sure why. As soon I left a bad review the lady from office called us in private no and threatened us.
Our experience was very bad. Came to install my all doors and windows by one person that too on a Saturday started the job at 5.30. By 9pm finished only one French door work quality was very poor. And took my kitchen door and fix the new door not properly and took front door and started to ask us to pay. Our deal was after finishing all the work will pay rest of the payment. Any how we wanted our job to finish so we decided to pay 2000 pounds after fixing my 3 doors. Guess what all they wanted is our hard working money. ANYWAY I transfered 2000 pounds to Ian the fitters account after 5 min he started to kick off saying he didn't receive the money. So they left us without doors. They didn't even had a curtacy to fix our old doors back. Very unprofessional. We didn't had front and kitchen door Saturday Sunday Monday day n night. House was freezing. No safety left us and mine kids unsafe. Police on seen as I was alone with my 2 kids under the age of 10.
Place your order from reputed company not like this cheating company.

First of all they came in using fraud identity stating he came from HMRC funding department then he gave us 15 years guarantee when our cooling period over Andy was saying we sacked the person as we were not aware he was cheating people. So we give you 10 years guarantee. Forget what ever happen.

Guys please record all your conversation for your proof and inform police.
We need to be safe rather than sorry.
Telling lies day by day. We paid our deposit in November to fix our doors and windows before Christmas.
The lady over the phone very rude. No communication and not answering the phone.
Why this company wants to do the work on week ends and that too evening time..The company may ask you to give good feedback, Please give a genuine review. So that we can help each other.

When I placed my order there were no bad reviews so we trusted this company but while checking all bad reviews been removed. The lady called Aysha, Iqra, Nasreen and she is a same person but uses different names threatening us. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.
The lady also said our company got more than 20 years experience.our fitters are old and experienced. But check in companies House they registered only last year.

After my last review Qauntum glaze finally got back to me, they gave me a start date for the 26th April and they didn't turn up. Tried ringing them no answer. I've had enough of this company, I want you to respond to my email regarding my refund. Don't do any business with this company

So from the very start seemed a little fishy, guy came to price up job of numerous windows which we were forthcoming about certain situations that we could only afford X amount for new windows, after about 5 minutes of looking at the whole house with very little measurements came out with a figure, phoned someone about a government grant to see the discount the government could issue, after 30 seconds of back and forth he managed to go from £3,200 grant to £4,100 which was £300 under our budget conveniently. He then brought in a stage window from his van and explained the work will be done in the next 8-10 weeks, just have to pay the 20% deposit via cash or bank transfer, wanted to pay by credit card but apparently "the company doesn't work that way" that should've been the last red flag but unfortunately we were being enticed by this "representative" we realise now its just a salesman with no care for how well a job is done or in what timeframe, seemed too buddy buddy to be a businessman who cares about his perception only about the money getting transferred. Luckily we managed to get a refund after ringing and emailing the next day to get a refund even that was a horrifically painful process, about 7 calls to them and after 3 days we managed to get a refund. Lady on the phone actually asked us to leave a positive review for receiving our own money back? I wouldn't trust this company whatsoever unless they start to take credit card payments to show their authenticity, but seen as though the majority of reviews on here are negative about when work does get done I doubt that, also this is not how you spell Quantum thats the laziest thing about it all.

After having my windows fitted by Qauntam last November I had my front door fitted today. Although it took longer than expected it was worth the wait- Thankyou Faz & team for the Quality finish-

So we are still no further on with our windows and door as told we would be getti g everything fitted Friday just gone what a surprise nothing got fitted at all made a phone call was told out on a van for fitting it is now Tuesday still no one here told yesterday off admin they was going to phone back in one hour to tell us what has happened and guess what still no telephone call what a bag of sh@te of a company excuse after excuse after excuse

I had an other company install my windows and doors first time round and they were a bunch of cowboys. Andy and the sales rep helped me out with the right windows and at a fantastic price which turned out to be 40% cheaper than the previous carnage I had done.

Chris, faz and rest of the team understood the situation of the previous lack of effort and took their time making sure I was happy with all aspects of the installation from the silicone on the inside been flush and plumb to even cleaning down the windows and doors as well as sweaping away any mess on the street.

Tou you guys, I can not one bit fault you, all I can say is Thank you and GOOD JOB 👍👍
