Firstly I just want to say that they are very good at what they do. Redesigning websites to exactly how the client likes and I give 5* for this. However, when they redesigned my website, they never used the most recent version available on Shopify and therefore to update to the newer version I would have to pay again which I’m not happy about
Secondly, the changes they make are not easy to change unless you know coding, therefore even tiny changes need to be paid for
It seems they redesign then wait for you to need them again and pay more money
For this reason sadly I wouldn’t use this company again

I’m so happy with the end result – the website turned out absolutely beautiful!
In the beginning, it took a bit of back-and-forth to get the look and feel just right, and communicating remotely and via email can sometimes be a challenge. But in the end, everything came together perfectly.

I’ve received so many compliments already, and I’m proud to say this will be my go-to team for future projects. Thank you Ruth & QeRetail!

We have used qretail in the past but they totally messed up some basic search changes we needed made to our site. When I joined a call to discuss and show them what was needed, their representative got very defensive and would not agree to make changes. I asked for a refund but they refused and claimed I had approved the changes - which I had not.

Very happy with the work and the look of our new website. Looking forward to an exciting shopping experience with the customers. Everything was done as agreed. Good price. Recommended!

Good quality work! They are wonderful to work with, and the re-designed website mock ups they've shown us are great. They've accommodated with nearly all of our requests, even minor ones, and have streamlined the design of our website better than I could have done it myself using the ecommerce website's native website theme editor. Caveat is that the modifications they've made are not so easily modified using just the theme editor - you'd need to know how to use HTML to make any future changes. Overall, they've done a great job with redesigning our website!

Horrible, horrible company. Installed my website using an ilegally downloaded theme on Shopify, got my account suspended (and my website offline) and then wanted to charge me over 1k to make it right. Run away!

Mike and Stacey (an their entire team) was nothing shy of amazing. After they sent their initial draft for the entire re-do of our site we agreed to a very reasonable price and what was most surprising is their knowledge of code. Not only they redesigned our entire website to our satisfaction, but also helped us debug some of the existing issues there were unrelated to their work free of charge. At the end I felt obligated to even offer more money due to the fact that how well they did their work. (Quick side note) ... Their back-office staff is not based in the U.S. so be patient for changes, since each change does take up to 48 hours to be made, but most within 24 hours.

I am really happy with my new site design. QeRetail gave some great ideas and were great to work with. They were very responsive, completed the work quickly and made all the updates I requested. Thank you to Zoe, Nasera and the team.

Easy, great, happy with the results - and - most importantly they were easy to contact after the fact, as we had a few punchlist items to take care of and update (things I could not do myself and I am not helpless at making changes to my site!)

Would absolutely recommend them for an update, it's fast, easy, very much provides value and I will use them again.

I have had QeRetail do design updates and maintenance for by BigCommerce store for about 10 years and they always do a very professional job and in a reasonable amount of time. Pretty much anything I request they are able to do. Great partner to have to handle the more technical side of our e-commerce store.

Stacy ensured smooth communication and completed the job within a week. She was patient and resolved minor issues quickly, usually within 1-2 days. We are satisfied with their service and will continue to update our email campaign with their assistance in the future.
