Peter and Ruth were great with very timely communication. They understand what we want, and deliver on what was promised. We're very pleased with the result.

Very happy. They converted my website to a new storefront theme and it was quick, accurate and flawless. Very customer service-oriented and very technical capable. QeRetail installed a sliding cart with an option to continue shopping or checkout. There was no link from the cart to checkout. This went into production on Friday night and lost four days of revenue. QeRetail never checked to make sure the links were set and operating properly. Needless to say they take no accountability.
5.18.24- In response to their reply, They say there was a miscommunication, the only miscommunication was internal at QeRetail, it is very concerning that they now take responsibility when all their emails leading up to this review said they take no accountability. I will again reach out to them and if they are willing to take accountability then I will modify my review. Let’s see how they respond.

This is my second engagement with QeRetail over the past couple of years. I specifically requested to work with Hardy as the project manager due to his extensive expertise in the field and outstanding communication skills. Working with Hardy has been a pleasure on both occasions. His professional demeanor is consistently focused on ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

I purchased a service which I had 6 months to redeem. The team at QeRetail reached out to me numerous times to proceed with the work detail. It was incredibly diligent of them to contact me to get work done that I had already paid for. Usually I have to hound the company to start or finish the job! We decided to use this company to do a re-design on our website to give it a more modern feel and get it to the design that Google currently likes for it's search engine. This was a design change only, not a content change.
QeRetail used their Indian programmers to make the changes to our Volusion site. We communicated via email and responses were as fast as could be expected. We were happy with the progress of changes and I would recommend them to others for this type of change.
