QeRetail did an amazing job with our website redesign. I am super impressed with their work and their customer relations. Everyone was very nice and took care of all my questions. I like them so much, I'm going to try some of their marketing programs.

Mike and Stephanie (or whoever they really are) spam email you then because we are about to redo our site and have the exact template ready which we have perfected for our business over almost 20 years. They come back with a total disaster but very pretty to a common person which is design hell with things all over the place. Not structured anything like ours as they later state they submit the same mock to everyone with different images only. They are the worst kind of firm. Run and don't buy a website from anyone unless you know exactly how it should be approached and function.

SCAM, STAY AWAY! When qeretail contacted me, they claimed to be a legit US business. In reality its a team of low end coders based in India. They were super responsive while pitching and offered to make multiple needed changes in layout, colour schemes. Once I made the payment, the quality of mockups dropped to near 0, the account manager became unresponsive, claiming this is the only mockup they can do (without listening to what I wanted). I felt that qeretail's behind the scenes designer was an engineer who knows how to draw squares and rectangles and nothing more, theme quality was horrible (left me speechless). Its during this time I realised that they dont have designers in the company, its a bunch of low end developers - who co-incidentally never speak to the clients (likely outsourced further to people on Fiverr). When I contacted the US team to explain the situation, I did not receive a response. While I lost the money I paid them, I would urge people to stay away. Its likely a SCAM!

I hired QeRetail to make some change to my shopify shop theme. They have completed most of my request. For some strange reason, my website was reversed back to the original version. I sent the panic e-mail to QeRetail. QeRetail made the update to my request. Very happy with their work.

Qeretail recently redesigned an established online store for me. The job is now complete and it looks great aesthetically. However, when commencing the job the parameters were clearly defined that the page would no longer have any google search console issues after the redesign. This was one of my sticking points during discussions prior to proceeding with the work.. After completion of the work there are new console error issues and qeretail have refused to rectify them without charging extra. I will acknowledge that the google search errors in question—content load shift (CLS)—seems to be quite a new error that google has only recently started assessing. However I don't think I am being unreasonable in stating that if at the outset of a job it is stipulated clearly there will be no google console errors with the page, then there should be no console errors with the page. Or at the very least a willingness to fix the problem without additional charges.

I was otherwise pleased with the job, and qeretail's quote was cheaper than their competitors.. but I am now forced to go to spend $$ with another developer to fix the 28 CLS page errors which will likely bridge any discount I received by choosing the cheaper quote. I guess the old adage you get what you pay for rings true.

QERetail does nothing more than use other agencies free tools and resells the information to their clients.

I highly recommend this company, they do it all! I wasn't looking for a new website but they approached me with a new design at a fair price. I loved the design and was so happy with their creation, so I implemented it. doingitsober.com looks great and now my husband will use them too. They have so many great tools as well to make your site operate at its best! Great company, fast response, no downtime!
