Purchased a 4 in 1 boil water tap from Micheal, 4 year ago. Excellent support and after care with servicing.

I have had my Qmpress tap for four years, It was the best investment when getting a new kitchen. It is economical to run, makes perfect tea, has saved a fortune on bottled water and looks lovely. It was great to support an Irish company, not only are you investing in the product but in excellent aftersales service. I had an issue last week and although out of warranty the service team went beyond my expectations to replace the part at a very reasonable cost. I would highly recommend the 4 in 1 tap.

We've had the Qmpress for a number of years. We love it. The main reason we decided to get this tap was the addition of the filtered water option. Water tastes lovely. Over the years I've contacted the team for advise etc and they were always very willing to help. Recently we had an issue and the team were wonderful in sorting it. There was no issues at all getting a replacement part which was amazing as many companies wouldn't be so open in replacing so quickly. Great brand and super product.

Hugely impressive customer service from the team at Qmpress. We had an issue caused by another contractor on our kitchen renovation. Qmpress could have shrugged their shoulders but no they went above and beyond to find a solution and within a couple of days we had our four in one tap installed. Highly recommend.

Had a query about replacing filter and received an immediate response to my email which also included a video on how to reset the filter which was great. Query sorted immediately. Would definitely recommend qmpress product and response to my query.

We bought the four-in-one tap - ( boiling, filtered, hot and cold ), about a year ago. We are so happy with it. It's well worth going for this option that includes filtered water. We use it all the time. The filter has to be changed about every 6 months but this is a very straightforward thing to do and the website has a demo video. What's brilliant is that the company is so approachable. If I have any query or after-sales follow, Michael is just incredibly responsive. This is a massive consideration if you are trying to decide on which brand of boiling water tap. This company really stands over their product.

Customer service from this company is second to none, they put me in touch with an amazing plumber who came and fitted the tap for me!

I have a qmpress tap for two and a half years now and it has been brilliant. I am in the kitchen trade and my boss got the qmpress tap for a good few of his customers with no complaints. So when I changed my kitchen it was the first thing I ordered. They have a great range of taps and sinks to match . I have ordered I few more taps for friends of mine that I have done work for and they are well pleased with them . I had trouble with mine a year ago , email the the company and within a day Micheal rang me and had it sorted straight away and even this week I changed the filter and wasn't sure if how to reset it , I text michael and within minutes he had a video sent to me to explain how to fix it . Couldn't recommend this company enough , great product, great to deal with and half the price of the bigger named taps

Your customer service is honestly second to none. So happy that we chose your brand over the others out there. Can't say enough good things about your 4-in-1 tap and I keep trying to convince anyone I know to get one.

We've had the Qmpress tap for 3 years now, and always pleased with the performance. Whilst I now needed some support (self-inflicted !) the response from Michael was 1st class. Happy to recommend Qmpress to anyone :-)

I finally got my gold Qmpress tap and sink installed. I am so excited to start using it. It’s looks fabulous and I am so happy with it. Michael was a pleasure to deal with and looked after me so well. Any questions I had I just had to text him and he was back straight away. So thank you Michael making things so easy for me.

Got my Qmpress 4in1 boiling tap today in copper , it is stunning , amazing quality and instant boiling water and filtered water too. Looks so stylish in my kitchen and even more amazing I won the tap on instagram . Michael was a pleasure yo deal with . Great company highly recommend .

Delighted with my Qmpress 4 in1 tap, I have it 3 years and could never go back to the kettle. Love the functionality, but also the look. Very impressed!

We have been using our QMpress hot tap & filter for the past 3 years and would not be without it.
Last week our hot tap stopped working and as soon as I sent an email looking for repair / service I received a call back almost immediately and my hot tap was up and working again the following day. Amazing product and Amazing service - thank you Michael.
