The audit was well organised, I received clear instructions of the requirements in advance of audit, the consultant was friendly and put me at ease through out the audit.
I preferred completing the audit over teams rather than face to face as it seemed less pressured and I was given a good amount of time to submit my evidence to her by email. There were some diffiulties sharing large files, however she was patient with me during the process and audit was completed in a timely manner with a positive conclusion. Her service was very professional and I would recommend her services.

Over the past two days, we underwent our ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 external audit conducted by Annya Poole, Lead Consultant. I can honestly say it was the best audit experience we’ve had to date. Annya was extremely pleasant to work with and provided clear, constructive feedback, particularly around areas where we can continue to improve.

Audited for ISO9001 and ISO14001 with Karen Knaggs over a day split into two sessions. Great experience with a very helpful approach from Karen. After a site move, it was never going to be the easiest audit but working with Karen was easy and the whole process flowed well.

In particular, Jerry’s approach as auditor was excellent. He struck exactly the right balance between ensuring compliance with the standards and working practically with us to reflect how our business genuinely operates. Rather than a purely “tick-box” exercise, the audit process felt constructive and aligned with real-world delivery, which made it both efficient and valuable.

Jerry took the time to understand our systems and the nature of our projects, clearly explaining requirements where needed and helping us ensure that our documentation accurately represented our processes. This made what could otherwise be a demanding exercise relatively straightforward and well-structured.
