My daughters Quad arrived on time, delivered by Billy who was excellent, messaged to make sure all clear to unload before for my little one didn’t see her Christmas present. Fantastic company, great service all around from everyone, would highly recommend. Thank you

Bought from these guys before so knew I was getting a quality product. Quads great. Real star of the show for me is Jordan the delivery driver. His patience, communication skills and customer service manner late at night is 5*****. Have a great Xmas guys

Ordered a quad and a helmet and received the quad and was told on delivery that the helmet was being shipped separately and should arrive the next day. After having a delay with the helmet delivery I spoke with a member of the quad Wearhouse staff and they resolved the issue quickly and I received the helmet 2 days after speaking with them.

The driver billy who delivered our quad was really helpful and made sure we had everything we needed.

£1500 down the drain! I cannot believe the reviews posted regarding this company. My experience has been terrible and it is the worst decision I made. I bought a Junior/adult electric quad in November 2024 for my sons Christmas. I paid the extra £100 for it to be built thinking that would be best to be built by experts. It was delivered imat the end of November to my sons addressand on the 23/12/24 I went to charge it and there was no charger. Contacted them and they arranged to send a charger out. In addition my oldest son who is a mechanic noticed that the tyre was flat as the wheel was dented and was causing air to deflate from tyre. Contact made on the 15/01/25. I received a charger at the end of january but could not use as we were waiting on the promised replacement wheel. Still chasing it up on the 23/02/25 despite ongoing enquiries with the promise that it had been sent on the 09/02/25 and there must have been an issue with DPD which was being investigated. My son fitted the replacement wheel. It has hardly been used and in the summer the back axle snapped whilst my son was riding it June 25 and the back wheel came off.I could not face the need to communicate with Tristan Bowers due to the carry on before going back and forth regarding parts. My eldest son offered to fit the axle if they could provide the parts as to be honest we did try to source elsewhere to avoid the hassle. Was being ignored but as soon as my eldest son posted on Social media they would contact and remove the post they were tagged in. The Last communication with my eldest son was on the 27/10/25 when Tristan advised that the shaft was due in on 10 days time but they had the replacement bearings to be sent out and would do so. Still waiting!! I paid the full cost at time of purchase and often wonder if I would have been treated fairly if I had taken the option of paying it up in instalments. The item has obviously been faulty from the beginning either down to item fault or damage caused by them building it. Either way I paid £1500 for an item that has done less mileage than my grandson electric car and is sitting as broken ornament.. My sons face on Christmas Day 2024 when he opened the garage to see the quad was priceless or should I say £1500. His face ever since has been constant disappointment. My advice is to avoid the Quad Warehouse and look elsewhere. I do not have social media therefore I apologise for not communicating earlier and you have made the decision to purchase. Hope your experience is better than mine.

Received my quad order today and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Communication from the delivery driver, Jorden, was spot on and he kept us fully updated with the ETA throughout. On delivery, I was given a thorough and clear demonstration before he left, which really showed the level of care and professionalism.

Overall, the customer service was first-class and I am extremely pleased with the quality, finish, and overall look of my quad — it exceeded expectations. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone considering a quad purchase.

Fanatic service from the site ordered only a few days ago and delivery this morning by Jordan who phoned to let me know delivery was coming and also phoned to let me know how far away he was very polite and helpful credit to the company

Great delivery
Jordan and Joe delivered my son's quad this evening. On time as they said they would be, great help and followed my preferred instructions for delivery.

Joe and jordon gave me a phone call 15 minutes before delivery whitch was great and they were very pleasant thanks guys

Quad came in good condition took an hour or 2 to put together. Jordan and Joe delivered the parcel safely and carried it where I wanted it putting. top guys

Lovely little quad ,wish they had these when I was 4.

I ordered the Mini KLF 50cc quad bike and sadly it arrived damaged.

I was completely ignored for over a week despite sending several emails (with photo proof), making numerous calls and leaving multiple voicemails.

It's now been over 2 weeks and still no further forward, waiting for quad warehouse to arrange collection of the damaged quad so I can get a refund.
Once again I feel like I'm just being ignored and am going to end up having to get my credit card company involved to get the money back.

I ended up ordering an alternative from Funbikes in the end and I'm very glad I did. The whole quad seems far superior quality and their service has been much better.

Avoid quad warehouse and take your money elsewhere!

I recently purchased an electric motocross bike from Quad Warehouse and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the customer service was excellent with clear and consistent communication throughout the whole process.

The quad got delivered all packed in built the service was amazing and the advice in the fone they gave me b4 I made my purchase to make sure it can fit through gates and was ordering the right quad smaller verson and advice on the armour at glove only down side the quad got delivered a day early which I was in an appointment in Dundee just by luck there was some1 in to take the delivery the quality of the accessories was top notch quad is nice
