I had a little trouble with our delivery service that the quad warehouse had used, I called regarding this and the woman could not be anymore helpful and so kind, my delivery came the next day all well, I can’t wait to see my sons face, amazing company and very helpful.

Reece the delivery driver , rung me , nicely introduced himself, unlike some other delivery drivers, he gave me an hour in advance to be home, which is great, when he arrived he had the biggest happy smile, he was delivering our son's Christmas present, he just needed to be in Santa's outfit, nothing was to much for him once he got here, very kind and helpful. also a thank you for the Quad Warehouse people, the service was impeccable, the kindest most patient person once you press sales on the phone, and they kept to their words, and their promise, and a trusted people and company to buy from, they are genuine people as it is becoming pretty rare not to be scammed , but Quad Warehouse are just great bunch of people, brilliant service in every way , A big Thanks to Reece our happy delivery driver

Also Reece who dropped the bike of couldn’t have tried to help more with the delivery as I was at work at the time and he was willing to drop off at my place or work.

A special shoutout to the delivery driver, Jordan, who went above and beyond. He contacted us early in the day to confirm the delivery time and showed exceptional understanding when we explained the bike was a Christmas present. To help keep the surprise, he happily waited until the school run was finished before delivering. That level of thoughtfulness and professionalism is rare and genuinely appreciated.

Hi really happy with my purchase thanks to Jordan for delivering my bike nice and early thanks quad warehouse for providing a great service

Jordan rang me 15 mins before he was coming to say he was on his way he said would come at 5 past 2 and arrived at the correct time my daughter was home from school due to being poorly an he helped hide it by lifting in to my car for me so she didn’t see!

Ordered our bike on the 3rd of December. Updated by email straight away.
Estimated delivery 12th of December, got a phone call on the 9th from Jordan, who updated us before hand by text and call to make sure we were available. Brought it in for us and checked everything was ok. Excellent delivery service.

Excellent service, quad warehouse held the bike until december which was a bug help. Jordan delivered the bike and telephoned me before hand to let me know when he would arrive. Jordan was helpful and friendly which is always appreciated.
