Making Bedtime Fun
The colors are great, the personalization on the pillow cases looks good. The only thing I was a little bit disappointed with is the quality of the pillow case fabric. My grandchildren are going to love them despite my pickyness. Great job, always happy with the experience with your personalization work.

Our order has not been received. USPS tracking said it was delivered to our mailbox. I have attempted to contact Qualtry customer support two times but have yet to receive a response. My previous experience with Qualtry has been top notch.

I placed an order
I placed an order, my credit card was charged and got an email stating that the order could not be fulfilled, and I did not get my money back. Attempted several times to contact the customer service team, with no success
Will NEVER order anything from them ever again, will contact the BBB to report them.

Quality product, all personalization was correct, if I ever have a question there's a live person to talk to, delivery was fast. I've been a customer for years and Qualtry has never disappointed me.

I ordered a personalized pad and pencils. I also called and confirmed that name had been indicated and was assurex the name was include. Sent tracking number that did not work. Finally received items and pad not personalized and pencil crayons are horrible. Company provided refund but would not revomnend
