Terrible service
You took payment for my order in June and I didn’t get my order until late October and you didn’t reply to me emails in the meantime asking where about it. Terrible service. I won’t be using your service again and will tell my colleagues not to use it either.

AMAZING EMBROIDERED HAND TOWELS
I had hand towels embroidered for my son and daughter-in-law for Christmas. The towels are a very nice quality and the embroidery turned out awesome. Thank you Qualtry for a beautiful gift!

I will continue to order personalized pillow cases from Qualtry when they are on sale because they are my #1 hit holiday gift every year! I love that they sell the pillow inserts as well, and they wash and dry AMAZING! I have 2 boys and can confirm these are very durable.

The photo appears bigger than product…
The photo appears bigger than product even though there are measurements, cutting board much smaller than I thought. I am glad I had a groupon because I really wouldn't be happy if I paid $39.99 plus for this.
They will make cute small gifts now, but did appear bigger for $40

I know what I read
When I placed my order for a pillow cover their website said that it came with an insert but it didn’t. When I emailed them to ask about it they said there was no free insert when I placed my order. All I can say is “not true”

The large is HUGE
The large is HUGE. More like an XL
And the medium is large as well. I LOVE the quality of my collars but I was not expecting them to be so big. However I just had to tighten it as much as I could and it fit my dogs for the most part. Looser than I wanted but they haven’t fallen off yet.

Lovely Pashmina
Lovely Pashmina. It is not as soft as I anticipated but still lovely. Wen I selected white thread for the monogram it did not keep that choice but moved to yellow. Not my favorite color at all.
Because of multiple steps for completing the order, I did not catch it. Perhaps making check out easier, would have helped me catch the error. 4 stars for the check out process only.
