Worst Company out there! So many better option!
Awful company in every way. Dodgy sales staff, shocking customer service! We have had fraudulent reservations being made from the same email addresses that never turn up and no matter how many times we tell them about these people, they cant/won't block them. Very suspicious seen as though they charge us a few with every reservation. We've now been trying to leave them for 3 months without being able to speak to anyone that has a clue what they are doing. DO NOT USE QUANDOO! SO SO SO MANY BETTER COMPANIES OUT THERE.
A scam - customer support is the pits
Do not bother to use Quandoo. The company arbitrarily locks your account, even after you have fulfilled restaurant reservations via bookings done through their platform, and then gives no recourse to the user i.e. repeated emails to Quandoo's customer service account are simply ignored.
More or less scammed
I'm at a loss. Singapore user here. After months of diligently using Quandoo and making use of their special vday upsized points promotion, I finally redeemed 5000 points, with more points unredeemed and pending. To my shock, the next day (today), I realised that all my upcoming reservations have been 'cancelled by the restaurant' - which is impossible. I then went to the app, and upon attempting to log in, got the message that my 'account has been disabled'. No rhyme, no reason. No explanation or warning email even. Customer service has not responded.

This website is terrible
This website is terrible - the only reason I created an account was to leave a review of a restaurant, and the website made it impossible, just sending me in circles.
Restaurant owners Avoid Qunadoo
Quandoo competed with our Restaurant and took over our regular customers by diverting same customers to their phone line and website, and charge our restaurant commission for introducing “new” customers to us.
Too many No shows as well. Again they charge Restaurant if you do not report no show in particular way designed by Quandoo.

I left a review for El Iberico in Sidcup. It wasn’t favourable and I got a confirmation to say it had been published and when I clicked on the link to verify this…it wasn’t there.
