Let down BIG TIME!!
I made a restaurant booking for 8 people to celebrate a 70th birthday through Quandoo 6 weeks in advance. Quandoo reminded me of the event but, to my horror, by sheer chance, I discovered the day before the event that the restaurant was permanently closed! I then had less than 24 hrs to find another venue that would take 8 people - and on a Monday evening! To add insult to injury, Quandoo sent another email, inviting me to review the experience! NOT IMPRESSED!

Smooth onboarding call
The onboarding call with Sarah was helpful and thorough. She walked me through everything I needed to know, making it easy to get started. Sarah was professional and answered all of my questions. Overall, it was a great introduction that set me up well, with plenty of resources to refer to afterward.

They publish whatever they want, whether it's correct information or not. They publish whatever prices they want in their 'Menu Highlights'- inaccurate and misleading for customers. There does not seem to be a way to change the menu highlights either; they don't care about the businesses or the backlash the businesses may receive based on their misleading information. Terrible.
Also had a very bad experience with their sales representative (meeting lasted unnecessarily long for 2+ hours), where I felt forced to sign up for the 'free' package to get him to leave. After speaking to other business owners, really disappointed to hear that many of them only had bad experiences. Currently have asked to discontinue contract
