Truly awful company.
During COVID when we relied on the product for table bookings, they took out paid google ads to take first place on searches on my business to bypass customer use of the widget on our website, which was free, to direct customers to their site which we pay for bookings. Without warning our bill more than doubled.
At the time their representative agreed it was underhand and was trying to make money out of businesses recovering from COVID. She tried to get us compensation.
After refusing to pay the bill and a company truly unwilling to be reasonable despite all the data I provided them and offers of reasonable payments due, they have now got the bailiffs in, 3 years later.
Awful awful awful. DO NOT USE. Far better, cheaper and nicer companies to work with.

As you have breached your own T&Cs expect small claims action. It may only be £10 but with costs you will end up paying far more.

Not sending redemption payments and not responding to emails.
I use Quandoo regularly and signed up to their rewards program. I recently redeemed my redemption and states that the payments for the redemptions would be sent within 14 days. I have not received payment for redemptions made this year. After numerous emails they do reply and ask for further information which I have provided a number of times but then nothing. Unsure what to do and whether to continue as feel I am wasting my time and rather book directly with the venue if there is no incentive in booking through Quandoo if they are not delivering on their redemptions as I am missing out on the restaurant incentives? Quandoo do not seem to reply and have to restart the conversation which they reply and then hits a deadend. Feel like whats the point and just giving up now!
Update to this review after numerous emails they were finally able to resolve my issues and have paid all oustanding cashback but didn’t get an update that they resolved this so need to improve on communication as was unaware.

Looked like a scam
I received an unsolicited email from "Quandoo" relating to a booking that they didn't reference."Quandoo" offered me a £10 credit on future bookings.
The email bore all the hallmarks of a phishing email so I deleted it and blocked the email address.
If this is a legitimate service, then the email they sent me was awful.
