Switched from using an old version of QuickBooks for a non-profit organisation, as the relatively small number of transactions didn't justify the cost of upgrading. I've been using QuickFile for nearly a year now and so far it does exactly what I need it to do. The dashboard interface is well organised and to date there's nothing for which I haven't found an easy solution.

It's very simple to use and I picked it up quickly being a Xero user. Using this for a clubs accounts as it's free. It's exceeded our expectations.

Quick and straight forward to use. Links up well with your business making invoicing, accounts, tax return etc easy and less time consuming.

Easy to use programme and excellent service from the team when I had to set up a new account. The QuickFile team copied all the client and purchaser data to the new account.

After failing to understand an upgrade to my previous Agricultural specific accounting software package I tried QuickFile and have found the system intuitive to use and have easily adopted headings to suit the Farming industry!

This is a useful accounting package and as a novice I could understand it and use it well.

Easy to use program. Great dash board to have a broad overview of finances. I like how you can tag in estimates or invoices which you can then view specific tags to see money in and out.

This system allows you to control fully, all income and expenditure in an accurate and understanding fashion. Highly recommend this system as a relatively simple, yet professional accounting aid.

It's incredible that it is free for micro companies - it delivers everything that a small company or freelancer needs, even MTD. It is super-easy, you can customise sufficiently your invoices, even connect with your bank. I have been using it for years and just hoping that it continues being free for the smallest companies like mine.
