Servers are not secure on your network

Servers are not secure on your network. i have used my vps servers . Most of time its bening hacked .Data is not secure on your servers .

I could not open google chrome and surfing in the internet by my server. Recep for desktop version of ubuntu was not installed.

As discussed with you before you ordered, we were going to dispatch an out of hours engineer to setup your rack to accommodate your moving in late on Sunday, at your request. When the engineer arrived on site, after you placed your order, they installed your requested server rack shelf, along with your power and network cables. The engineer also created and applied your network config so that your server would have network access upon your arrival a few hours later. As such, we have fulfilled our service commitment. Additionally, as a goodwill gesture, we have processed a partial refund of your payment (excluding 1 hour remote hands time) to account for the staff time involved.

Smooth migration from my previous hosts!

Really pleased that I found QuickhostUK. For the past 8 years I had been hosting my websites with GoDaddy. Over that period of time they doubled the price of my hosting package and didn't really offer anything competitve any longer when comparing with other hosting companies. I was reluctant to move since I was worried about any downtime and the potential for things to go wrong which is why it took so a long time for me to make the move. I was finally convinced to move after several server errors and GoDaddy losing my DNS entries and blaming Amazon!

I signed up with QuickhostUK and opened up a ticket to migrate my websites from my previous hosts. The ticket was responded to quickly at around 10 am in the morning and by 7 pm my sites were all transferred/migrated and they even supplied advice so I could reconfigure my DNS entries as I manage these via Cloudflare and this meant I had no downtime at all! They even replied to my other ticket regaring configuring email with SPF and DKIM entries to make sure everything was working 100%

Overrall I've found QuickHostUK fast, efficient and friendly. Their support team has really looked after me and I'm happy with the server performance so far. Seems so much faster than GoDaddy too - more generous hosting specifications and resources. Best thing is I'm saving money too! Why did it take me so long to move?! Thanks again!

This hasnt been an easy ride

This hasnt been an easy ride, I was sold this package as a managed service but at times felt like i was alone. The LVE Limits at the start caused a significant tol on my customers. Several issues had arrisen and most have been since your move to high wycombe. the implementation of the mailgate was far from desirerable and the handling of the change of records was terrible. the hassle i was going though to get anything remotely useful was horendous. whenever you had a datacenter blackout you where completely unreachable so even when i was being hassled by customers i couldnt speak to anyone from your team.

i cant recommend QuickHosts. The server i was on was also very outdated. (Intel Xeon X5670).

We sincerely apologise for the challenges you've faced with our services and the impact it had on your experience. In regards to the reported LVE issue on 13/10/2020, ticket #785361, we have to apologise again for the configuration issue that led to the incorrect limits being applied by default.

Regarding the interruptions that occurred during our expansion into our own data centre in High Wycombe in 2022, we want to acknowledge that the downtime was anticipated, planned, and communicated in advance. We did, however, have a few teething problems as we settled in and have to apologise again.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused by the implementation of our own mailgate anti-spam system this year, and the discontinuation of the free spam experts system, and for the handling of your DNS record changes. Your feedback highlights areas where we fell short of your expectations.

We understand your concerns regarding the server's age, particularly the Intel Xeon X5670. We are always proactively working on upgrades to improve our service offerings. While we have recently upgraded our Access Network, cPanel, SmarterMail, and Virtualizor, we acknowledge that Plesk, being one of our less utilised services, has not received the same priority. Rest assured, it is on our to-do list, and we apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Please know that your feedback is invaluable to us, and we are committed to addressing these issues to improve our services.
