Reliable, Professional, Pleasant

The engineer fitted the broadband to the house early so I asked for an earlier connection appointment. Got one 2 days later so really pleased at that. Engineer arrived on time, pleasant and talked through the options. Couldn't have been better, cheers Zack.

Can highly recommend

Can highly recommend the workmanship and efficiency of Louise B who installed our wireless router earlier today. The installation was carried out in a professional manner. Louise explained things very clearly to us. She was polite and courteous and on time.

Thomas turnbull came out today gave me more than one option and with that he managed to achieve reconnecting my internet without having to rewire or relocate my router
Also thanks to Ben.s as he was very informative on his notes which allowed Thomas to achieve this job quicker

5/5. Top Quality Speed, Service and Communication

Had an installation from these at the end of last month, beating previous providers price and quadrupling the speeds.

Peter the salesman explained everything and sorted everything with the prices, Emma and Ryan came to do the outdoor installation and Dan D did the internal installation.
Each and everyone was 5/5, super friendly with very clear communication and carried through on everything discussed and promised.

Would 100% recommend to family and friends if they weren’t limited to certain areas.

Above and beyond!

After an unfortunate installation experience Rob Young came out and resolved everything as soon as possible. He was meticulous in his troubleshooting, and optimised our system using his extensive technical skills as well as the latest equipment. His approachable manner and top notch customer service made me feel very relieved to have chosen Quickline. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend their service and professional standards

We contacted Quickline when the leaflet was left at our property. After contacting them the salesman promptly arrived at the time agreed.. he explained everything to us without any pressure to sign up. We decided to go ahead. The installation Engineer arrived on the agreed date. Peter Watson was extremely professional, knowledgeable, thorough and patient with our endless questions. He explained everything he was going to do, discussing this with us so we were happy and went above and beyond to make sure the installation was completed all we had to do was set up our devices. I had never heard of Quickline but I highly recommend their service and professional standards.

Full Fibre in Rural Lincolnshire

It was a revelation that living in rural Lincolnshire where we have always been at the back of the queue for decent broadband, we have now been set up with Full Fibre courtesy of Quickline. Now it is "live" I have placed an order and will be connected in two weeks. The added bonus is that it is almost half what I have been quoted by my current supplier and is guaranteed not to increase during the first two years.

Was highly impressed with Conner

Was highly impressed with Conner, the engineer, he discussed where I wanted the router, then set everything up showed me how it all worked! Then when I came to enter the passwords for the tv, iPad and phone, he helped with them! Much appreciated young man thank you!

Swift and helpful service

I rang to mention about a drop in our mbps yesterday. Today Brandon Potter arrived from Quickline to sort out the issue. He was extremely thorough, replaced the mast to an upgraded model, moved it on the chimney pot to a better reception and achieved what we wanted, 200mps.
