Excellent delivery received 2 days after placing the order. The gazebo is relatively easy to assemble even by two people and is cosy with the side panels attached. The only real criticism is it pools water on the roof and it would be a great product if there was a way/attachment to prevent this happening.

I bought a 4m x 6m marquee to use as a dust control booth within my workshop. Excellent product. Good, chunky poles with snap locks. The connectors are all big and chunky too and are made of metal with the elbows welded. The cover and side tarps are fixed with an elastic ball fastener, much better than cheap Velcro straps! Roof height in the centre is brilliant but the roll up door could be doing with more height. All in all, an excellent product and I'll probably get years and years out of it as its permanently erected indoors. Well pleased.

Our pop up gazebo arrived very quickly after ordering . We waited until we had a dry day to put it up . Very easy to put up and even easier to put away .

We've bought 3 of the octagonal 6.8m x 5m tents and 1 of the 9m x 6.8m ones. As we've bought them over time (3 years) the quality of the canvases have reduced (poor stitching) and the frame has gone up in quality (locking mechs). I need to say that we use them at least a dozen times a year each and they're all still fine, with a few running repairs with a needle and thread. Happy to recommend.

Due to mishandling two spares snapped. Quictent were very helpful in identifying the parts and dispatching them. They were easy to fiy and all is now excelent

Honestly, I put this gazebo up 4 days in advance of a party we were hosting and it help up incredibly well in strong winds and heavy rain.

The sides at the top, no matter how much you adjust the velcro straps, separate a little in heavy wind and let a tiny bit of water in, however the main gazebo / roof etc was solid and didn't allow any water to come in, so the interior stayed perfectly dry which was fantastic considering the weather.

The only downside to this gazebo compared to others I've had is the low framework design, making it almost impossible to add heating / lighting etc and also impossible for doors to open in to the gazebo if you put it on your patio against the house as we did, but I solved this issue by simply filling 4 x flower pots with concrete, sticking a post in each one and then screwing the gazebo feet to the posts, raising the whole thing by 1 foot, but be aware, you then allow water to enter at all sides as there will be a 1 foot gap all the way around. I added some waterproof tarpaulin from homebase and that solved that issue, so for the money, this is a great value gazebo and does everything it says it should do.

Most of what I wanted was available , that is....all structural pieces. a few joints no longer held but we were able to get thes bits in a hardware store. Now we have the whole frame as good as new. ..

just bought second pop-up gazebo from quictent . First been used a couple of times this summer. Sturdy frame. Velcro fixing at each post corner makes putting the cover on very easy. Much better quality than others I've had . Delivered quickly at great price.

Found the delivery very efficient and the product was quite easy to put together, although it was a little tricky getting the curved bar bolt holes to align.
Would also recommend using a small socket set

not one to write reviews, but I thought Dean from Quictent deserved a mention. This is our second gazebo from Quictent, delivery always excellent, and product a really good quality. After really bad weather our gazebo got damaged, Dean helped me quickly and efficiently, to get a spare part to bring it back to full working order. great service, delivered in two days. very happy and have recommended the company many times.

Bought a marquee which is excellent Used it twice . it was brilliant.
Third time a plastic part snapped - we were dismantling it , forgetting to use remove the holding pins on the legs. Our fault entirely ; although it would help if the instructions indicated this was necessary.
Replacing the part was not a problem, however postage was excessive for a small plastic "hub"!
Love the marquee though, and is and does everything as advertised. would buy again form this company,

Ordered replacement parts for my gazebo (leg and joint) and was gob-smacked at the speed of response and then delivery. Fantastic service.

Required replacement frame which was delivered on time

I bought a 6 x 3 shallow roof gazebo. Initially, it would not erect because one of the 8 roof beams had been incorrectly assembled during manufacture. However, they sent replacement parts 2 days later and I was able to repair the fault. It then erected just fine.
The fabric is a little thin and, although the seams are sealed, the Velcro attachment stitching is not. To what extent this may lead to leaks in the future, I have yet to find out. For a few garden parties a year for a few years, I think it will be fine. I would guess that about 20 erections will be it's limit.

Ordered 2 pop up tents, the 3x3m one arrived with damaged clips with no replacements offered. The 6x6 tent arrived with only the frame work where I had to chase the missing items, On contacting the number provided you are greeted with a warehouse whom only distribute this item are are happy to let you know that they don't offer any after sales care. Sent an email to there support and almost 4 weeks later still no response. I'm some what disappointed after the money I just spent and it seems that no one will take any responsibility, if you buy from this company use PayPal or credit card where you can claim on the unlikely event of disaster. Hopefully I will not have to execute on the 18 months warranty which I fell is jargon and sales pitch. Sorry quictents this is an accurate review of my experience and £320 spent.

Update: since posting my review the manager from quictents has contacted me and replaced the damaged items with a high level of professionalism. I was given a sincere apology and told that my concerns would be looked into. My faith has now been somewhat restored and confidence installed.
This is a fantastic product and far better quality than cheaper alternatives if only let down by the courier company used.

Just to add to the review of these tents we find that they emit a very annoying squeaking noise which comes from a spring loaded center section responsible for lifting the pyramid roof and keeping it taught.
my neighbors have also commented on the noise from the tent and i have not found a way to reduce this. The design with a spring rubbing against metal will generate friction and wear along with the noise emitted, not a fault with the tent more a design issue but it would be nice to quieten it down if possible,if like me yours is fitted outside your bedroom window it will keep you awake.

Update March 2016:
only used the 3x3 tent a few times now but i put it up a week ago. The frame has split at the seem of the square box section which holds the lot together. I tried to call the number provided to be greeted by an answering machine, I have now sent away an email to sales @quictents.co.uk with detailed picture of the defect and am yet to receive a response. I will update this review with the outcome.

Spare parts now received where I paid the postage this has let me repair the faulty part and can now enjoy the tent once again.

If only we could stop the awful squeaking noise...
