Surprisingly a very efficient service overall after viewing a lot of mixed reviews. We received everything as ordered. Packaging was 95% intact.
We received a couple of slightly damaged parts and after contacting the guys by email and they responded within hours, replacement parts were sent out without question and received in good time. Green who handled the query has been very supportive and I’d recommend to anyone who’s interested in doing business with these guys.
Product = Good!!!

I am a bit gutted after reading the reviews on here for Quictent. I had the misfortune to bend a couple of poles on my one and tried to phone the number on their website to no avail, as it no longer exists.
Tried to email nothing back.
Emailed the American site and they told me an email of someone in the UK who may be able to help. Contacted them to be told parts for my one were no longer available,)(which is not that old) so now looking for something suitable to repair it, as its too expensive to throw away.
Disappointed.

Brilliant service after Marquee storm damaged. Yummy and the team went beyond the call of duty to get us back operational.

I managed to bend a couple of poles and entirely my own fault. I contacted Quictent for replacement parts and they arrived within a few days. Excellent aftercare service. A delighted customer!

I bought a marquee from these guys a couple of years ago for our kids after prom events. Extra Large 6m x 12m Marquee model ML-GM1413W. Its been a fantastic tent / marquee for us so I absolutely can't fault them.
After the last party a few weeks ago a few delightful people came back the night after and vandalised it so Im just in the process of buying the spare parts to hopefully make the marquee whole again.

Seems like a good product and delivered quickly.

When I purchased another Quictent UK and a Side Sheet had a loose stitching it was replaced without any quibble or fuss and I am now enjoying (at last) the Summer days outside. Well done Quictent UK Staff. Thank you.

It is a good quality gazebo but we found the instructions not good at all therefore 2 of us had trouble getting it up when one person is supposed to be able to do it ! We looked online but it was to quick so we were still stuck but finally found ‘buttons’ on the sides which you have to press ! Then remembering this in reverse ! Once up it is good but we nearly gave up as we didn’t want to force it.

I bought based on the reviews submitted however my experience with this gazebo were laughable. This gazebo is very poor quality. It’s weak and won’t withstand much. Rain gathered on the roof section and the metal structure bowed and strained and then finally caved. There’s much better quality gazebos out there. Shop around!

I have a couple of Quictent 3 x 3 popup Gazebos, good quality, smart, sturdy and very easy to put up. One of the carry bags got trashed by rough handling on the last outing. After a couple of easy emails via their website I had a replacement delivered in a couple of days. Excellent customer service...thank you Jasmine.

I bought the 6x4 marquee which is fantastic value for money and MASSIVE! In fact you can’t hire one this big for the same cost! So it’s actually cheaper to buy!!
Really easy to build, in fact it was pretty dam fun!
Now, the company, can’t thank them enough!
Foolishly I built the marquee and only put the roof on just before a storm! Two of the poles bent due to the tremendous pressure that they was subject to.
I could have possibly repaired and braced the poles however after contacting QuickTent, the couldn’t be more helpful, they sent 2 band new poles out, next day delivery and free of charge! What a great company, thank you quick tent!

Bought a 3x3 Gazebo Aug 2017 and after 4days was damaged by moderate wind, although I fully accept this was my fault.
Unfortunately after 4 days E mail ping pong with Quictent I was informed they don't hold parts for this type and will not be able to supply parts in future as they no longer supply this type of gazebo.
So think carefully about purchasing from this company because it appears as soon as they stop supplying a particular product, they hold spares for a very limited time and do not re-manufacture, which leaves you with a gazebo ready for the tip,
Appalling customer service, and suggest you look for a UK based manufacturer who will hopefully give you a much better aftercare service

I needed some spare parts for my pop-up gazebo and so emailed Quictent. They sent me a diagram listing all the parts asking which ones I needed. I told them and the spares were delivered very quickly and with no fuss at all. Thanks Green for all you help!!

Bought marquee last year. Had I slight problem when dismantling it. Spoke to Cheery from customer service. Got replacement parts no quibble no hassle posted out the following day.

Lent our gazebo to friends and unfortunately it got damaged and a number of the poles were broken. Emailed via the website and exchanged a few messages with Green. A few days later the new poles arrived free of charge as the gazebo was still in warranty. Fantastic customer service - would highly recommend!
