Concierge team and Admin were really very supportive and friendly. Even staying beside wembley stadium and especially at the times of events it has never been felt unsafe or fear to comeback and rooftops have been always such a special spot for our playing games, chilling and Co-working space felt very collaborative and rewarding.

Landsby 5 months review
Living here for the past few months, awesome place to be in very close proximity of tube and grocery shops like LIDL, Sainsbury and LDO as well.
Also they organise free events including brunch’s and beer and sometimes morning breakfast as well.
Helpful 24hrs concierge!!
Good free wifi and free Gym 🏋

I have been living at Ferrum for close to two years now and the experience has been incredible. The QL maintenance team is amazing with how quickly they resolve matters. The team had always quickly remedied any issues I had encountered, even the ones I thought it can’t be fixed. Thank you guys for all the support in giving us an amazing experience :)

Smoothest move in ever !
We have just moved from France due to professional reason. After considering different options, Quintain just showed up as the best one. Easy communication, great location and fast turnaround (we moved in 7 days).
That journey was made very clear and smooth thanks to Dalia and Julia that took care of us. I really recommend.

Ciara is truly the glue of this building. She keeps everything running so smoothly and is incredibly efficient - things just get sorted quickly and without any fuss, which makes a huge difference day to day! On top of that, she's always kind, approachable, and creates a really welcoming atmosphere - which is key in a build to rent known for its "community" and shared living spaces. It never goes unnoticed how she always opens the door for residents, anticipates what people need, and just quietly makes life a lot easier for everyone. Lovely Place to live in London
Our experience at Solar – Quintain Living has been fantastic since day one.
When we first started looking for a flat, Rachel was incredibly patient and helpful, taking the time to show us multiple apartments until we found the one that felt right for us. Her support made the whole moving process smooth and stress-free.
Throughout our time living at Solar, the building has been excellent — modern, very well maintained, and a genuinely comfortable place to live. The facilities are great and everything is managed to a very high standard, which made day-to-day life very easy and enjoyable.
What really makes the difference is the resident team. They are always professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. A special thank you to Sonam and Ciara, who were both incredibly supportive during our stay and always quick to help whenever we needed anything. Their professionalism and friendliness really made us feel welcome.
We have now relocated outside the UK, but we truly enjoyed our time here and are very grateful to the entire team for making it such a positive experience. We would absolutely recommend Solar and Quintain Living to anyone looking for a high-quality place to live in London.

Whenever I visit my friend at the building, the staff at the desk are always kind, bubbly, and very helpful. This week I needed to get somewhere in the Wembley area, but since I’m not from around here I was having trouble finding my way. One of the staff members, I believe her name was Bolaji, helped me.
