I come to visit my friends in Solar and I always love the building. It has a great atmosphere and feels really welcoming. Ciara was especially friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. Always enjoy spending time here!

I stayed at The Robinson by Quantain Living for work, and I honestly had an excellent experience. The apartments were fantastic — very comfortable, well-equipped, and maintained to a high standard. The services and amenities were also great and made my stay very convenient.
The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my time there. I’d like to specifically mention Ken, who assisted me a lot during my stay — his support and friendliness really made a difference.
I would definitely recommend staying here and would happily return in the future.

During my visit to Canada Gardens, I had to use the parcel room and honestly found it pretty confusing and disorganised at first. After trying to figure it out myself for a while, I asked the receptionist (samuel) for help. Even though I felt bad taking up his time, he spent over 10 minutes patiently helping me track down my package. He was friendly, calm, and genuinely helpful throughout. I really appreciated his attitude and support, and I’m more than happy to leave this review because he made a stressful situation much easier.

I’ve been living here for a few months now, and one thing has always remained true: Samuel, one of the receptionists in my building, consistently lifts the mood and keeps everything running smoothly all while wearing a genuine smile and great conversation.
Samuel always approaches situations with the best possible attitude and is incredibly effective at solving problems. His professionalism and positivity truly elevate the entire experience at Quintain Living. It’s always a pleasure speaking with him and the rest of the front desk team.

I lived in the Solar building managed by Quintain Living and several advertised services were never available during my tenancy. The intercom system didn’t work at all, meaning I had to go downstairs for every delivery or visitor. Parcel room access was unclear and unreliable, and there was no consistent concierge presence in Solar (staff were based in Luna instead), none of which was disclosed before signing.
The most serious issue was persistent, loud noise from a servicing/utility room opposite my flat, often at night, which repeatedly disrupted my sleep. I raised this multiple times over nearly three months, but it was only offered to be looked at right at the end of my tenancy.
I understand new builds have teething issues, but paying a premium rent while absorbing all the inconvenience — with no rent adjustment or goodwill offered — was disappointing. I raised a formal complaint; the issues were noted, but no compensation was provided. I’d advise prospective tenants to ask very clearly which services are actually operational before signing. The only notable positive experience was the personality and interactions with the Luna receptionist, Ciara

I moved to Ferrum in September 2025 and overall I’ve had a very good experience living here. The building is well maintained and the facilities are nice and easy to use.
I’ve also had good experiences with the reception and maintenance teams. Whenever I needed help, they were friendly and sorted things out quickly. I’d especially like to mention Emma, Mani and Joanna, who have all been really helpful.
So far, I’m happy with my decision to move here and would recommend Ferrum to others looking for a place in the area.

I’ve lived in the building for 2 years now and have enjoyed it very much. Recently, Jayvi has helped my partner and I out which is why I’m writing this review. She was so helpful and responsive. We went to speak with her and as promised she emailed the next day with everything we needed.
All the staff are lovely and we very much appreciate Jayvi’s help. It’s nice to see her smiling face at the desk. I feel like London is so lonely, getting greeted by her just makes you feel at home. The building is secure and kept clean. My partner and I love living here with our cat.

The flat itself was lovely and genuinely felt like home for four years, but unfortunately the move-out experience with Quintain Living was extremely disappointing.
As soon as we handed in our notice, the treatment we received changed completely. Communication became difficult, and we were presented with a long list of charges that felt both inflated and deeply dishonest. Despite leaving the property in a great condition after a long-term tenancy, Quintain is currently attempting to deduct over £900 from our £1,000 deposit. Despite their own check-out report rating rooms as “Good” and showing only normal wear and tear.
Concerningly, after speaking to others and seeing similar stories online, this does not appear to be an isolated incident. It feels like standard practice rather than a genuine assessment, completely overshadowing what was otherwise a good living experience.
Since this experience, we would no longer recommend Quintain to anyone else and strongly advise any future tenants to document everything and be prepared to challenge deposit deductions.
