Had a pleasant experience with the qure team.

Unfortunately I had a faulty LED mask and thankfully the Qure team made it a simple experience with the warranty

I have very sensitive skin and so I was a little unsure how it would react but three treatments in, my skin is GLOWING!! The customer service is also amazing. I had an issue with the needle head that ended up resolving by itself but the response time and email exchange was exceptional. 5 out 5 for sure!

I have yet to use the products, but the support team has gone out of their way to update me and help with my order. I've been very happy with how they've treated me. Excited to start the micro needling today.

I previously and recently had left a one star review for the actual Qure product only because I had not yet received my product. I cannot seem to find that review to update it, but I would like to add that within just a couple of hours of advising the company that I was still waiting for my product to arrive, the employees at QURE Skincare responded, and provided me with a tracking number.

I’ve done my second treatment and haven’t noticed a change yet. I’m hoping with 4 treatments left there’ll be a noticeable change. My Granddaughter is getting married and I would love to make her proud and feel better about myself as well!

I did one treatment last night and I'm hooked!!!! This morning my skin was softer, tighter, more youthful looking, the fine lines under my eyes and on my forehead were practically gone. I can't wait to see what the next treatments will bring. I Love Love Love this!!!!

I was so looking forward to receiving and trying Qure’s product. I ordered online with the note that it would ship in 1-3 business days. That timeline passed plus a couple days so I reached out and was assured there was a mixup with a warehouse but that it would be shipped within the NEXT 1-3 days and I’d receive updated shipping at that time. Again, that timeline more than passed and again I was assured it would be shipped within the following 1-3 business days, this time with expedited shipping and a free serum. That deadline also passed with a couple extra days so I reached back out again (though I did receive the serum that I never wanted). This time, the item wasn’t in stock and wouldn’t be in stock until April 24th (I ordered online March 14th) so to expect the product to be shipped within 1-3 business days following the new April 24th deadline so nearly 6 weeks after my order date rather than within the same week and, honestly, no guarantees that this would be the truth either. The service members were friendly but this is either a scam or their inventory team needs an overhaul. Regardless, the product is not cheap and I requested a refund.

I’ve been using micro-infusion for nearly 6 months now. My goal was to reduce the look of fine lines and some deep wrinkles around my mouth. I have noticed a nice change in my skin. It looks smooth and glowy and it feels so soft !
I’m working on the deeper lines the dermatologist says are caused by the way I sleep on my pillow. I’m saving up to take my efforts to the next level, purchasing the face mask, hair helmet, and more. Ina short time I’ve saved enough points to get the All- in-one-serum at no charge. I’ve had some issues placing orders in the past, and Customer service always gives me prompt, friendly, knowledgeable help in a patient and friendly,manner., even on Christmas Day ! I’m impressed with the company thus far, and will continue on my journey. To more self confidence in my appearance.
