After almost fifty years using the breakdown service, and never thinking to use the RAC insurance I gave it a go, searched on line for a Quote, and juggled all the figures about, we all know that a Quote can be Trimmed to reduce the cost, and looking what the slight reduction were made it common sense to go with the RAC, must admit, they never fail to give me a discount every year for my Loyalty, and that is a thing of the Past, being a Seventy Seven Old Wrinkly, I know the way it works, and how difficult it is to get customers on board when representatives are pushing to sell, no one is twisting my arm to write this, I just Say it as it is Please or offend, Colin Harvey News At Ten South Wales

Time constraints .
easy enough to renew, time was of the most important as i was going into hospital, so no time to search for a better option, so just did a renewal to save time .

RAC is happy to take your money and…
RAC is happy to take your money and sell you breakdown cover, but when you actually break down abroad, it’s a nightmare. We broke down in France in an old camper and getting help has been incredibly stressful and frustrating. I feel completely let down by RAC.
