Rackham Net A Good Buy For The Price.
First of all, the net was delivered promptly and as promised.
I am awaiting a visit from our five year old grandson before we can fully evaluate this net at pond dipping. Meawhile, it appears to be robust enough for the purpose, even when extended, except that the locking mechanism could be more secure. The net bag itself appears strong enough and should not tear easily. Looks like a good buy for the price.

We emailed customer services who asked us to send a picture, which we did and within 2 Days a new part was delivered. Would highly recommend this company. Ordered two identical sheds
Ordered two identical sheds. Order was delivered by the manufacturer not rackhams, but they only delivered 1 shed. It wasn’t clear who to contact about the missing shed. This was week 1. We have since received the second shed (week 2) but no roof for the shed. The roof was then meant to arrive week 3 but didn’t ever turn up. We are now week 4 and still no roof! Supposedly coming in another 2 weeks time.
I am not sure who is at fault for all of this but I couldn’t recommend either company based on this!

Great price and delivery for a favourite hair product
Great to find the Redken rough paste at Rackhams at a good price and quick delivery. Its the only one my husband likes and he's tried quite a few. It's the most natural feeling, not claggy, dry or sticky and he's used it for years - while others ended up in the bin! Shame the cheaper brands weren't satisfactory but for him it's worth the price and Rackham's offered the best combination of price, service and delivery.
