We furnished two co-working offices with Radius and we're very happy with the quality of the furniture, the installation and the flexibility of the team through the whole process. 100% recommended!

When we started our new home office project, we sent an email. Quickly Richard from the sales team contacted us, to understand our needs and get to know more about the project, so he could advise us in the right direction. The team are professional, without "pushing for a sale". They really understood our budget & timelines and did what they could to work with us. The quality of the furniture is excellent. - Even other tradesmen who worked on the office commented on the high quality materials used!! Delighted with the outcome. Thanks Richard & team!

I've had a standing desk for about 14 months now (excellent quality & delivery was so quick) and today there seemed to be an issue with the motor. I dealt with Jessica who did some troubleshooting with me but didn't work. Jessica was liaising with the manufacturer all morning for me and within 3 hours had a new part ordered to be sent out to me. Keep up the good work guys, your response times are amazing and staff are even better!

Ordered a home office desk set up from Radius before Christmas 2021 for delivery in mid January. The Sales team were excellent and provided a number of solutions and styles to fit the area that I had. From ordering to delivery the Sales and Dispatch teams were very helpful and everything was delivered on time. A special mention to the the two fitters who were superb.

High quality product. Installed without too much fuss. Any minor issues that arose were addressed quickly. After service follow up from supplier also took place

I had a longer than expected wait for a delivery due to Xmas rush. Contacted the customer service team by email and had a prompt reply, saying they would look into it. Within a few hours they had tracked my order through the carrier and it was delivered. This was an excellent service and I will definitely order from them again.

The communication with the Sales Administrator (Emma) was top notch.

The order arrived undamaged, and the assembly of the office chair itself was quite straight forward.


Only possible ‘issue’ could be in relation to the difference in the expected delivery time on the website and the actual one. In my case the office chair I ordered was supposed to have a lead time of 3-6 working days (at least such was specified on the website), but later turned out to be longer. However, I was informed about that extended lead time the next day after I made my order; was proposed an alternative (similar) office chair; or option to cancel the order.
Perhaps, it would be good (prior to making the order) to contact with the Radius Office to confirm the actual expected lead time, so as to avoid the above specified ‘issue’.

For me personally it was not much of an ‘issue’, especially as the company was being honest about it, and I was contacted and updated on it very quickly.

My desk was delivered and put together ahead of schedule, which was great! (they checked with me beforehand to make sure this was ok).
Wouldn't bother looking anywhere else for office furniture.

I've just Received a call from Mark of Radius, who explained in detail what happened with my order. I accept that as a re-seller of products they cannot be held entirely responsible for errors that occur with suppliers of their products (SKU mix-up). I accept the explanation of the issue to hand and I must compliment the company for their prompt response in relation to the call and also with my refund.
In light of this response it has swayed my view of the site and I will try purchasing from the site in the near future contrary to my first review.
