It should be a zero star review. This was the longest transaction of this kind I've ever experienced. It should have taken minutes, Instead its taking 3 days. I will never use this service to sell my crypto ever again, nor do I recommend anyone use them. Any service besides this will undoubtedly get your funds converted much faster. As of this review I still haven't seen my funds hit my account...

Banks sometimes conduct additional security checks on incoming deposits, which can unfortunately cause transactions to take a bit longer to reflect in your account.

Smooth experience. The process was simple (as simple as it can be with current regulations), verification was fast and I received exactly what was promised before making the payment. Took a little under an hour for BTC to arrive in my wallet (1 confirmation), which is very standard for non-custodial exchanges.
