This my first time using Ramp Network and the set-up instructions were clear and easy to follow. There are reasonable savings on fees when using the app. Gratitude extended because I'm a new crypto user! Thank you.

They try and keep your money as long as they can. I sold crypto last night which was Thursday and it’s Friday and still is saying processing it’s a bullshit company and the reason they hang on to your money after the high ass fees they make money off your money it should be illegal but ppl with money get to do as they please. Send my money and I’ll change this review

Extremely disappointing experience. My account was permanently restricted after I tried to purchase through Apple Pay. The issue may have been that the underlying payment method was connected to my business Bank of America account, but the business account is also under my name and I am the 100% owner. I have documents proving ownership and could have easily verified this if Ramp had asked.

Instead, the account was locked with no real explanation, no chance to submit documents, and no reasonable appeal process. Their support page basically says terminated accounts cannot be reactivated and they may not provide the reason. That is ridiculous for a financial service handling crypto purchases and payments.

If using a business-linked card or Apple Pay can trigger a permanent account closure, they should clearly warn customers before the transaction. I could have simply transferred money to my personal account and used my personal card. I had no reason to think this would become a permanent account issue.

This feels less like customer protection and more like a compliance trapdoor: one normal payment attempt, then the account is gone. I am now only waiting for my refund, but I would not trust this platform again for anything urgent or important.

Ramp Network needs clearer rules, better warnings, and a real way for legitimate customers to verify ownership instead of being permanently shut out without explanation.

Identification and Identification fraud as to why would they block me when RAMP is affiliated with crypto casino it's got me stumped really

Hey Ramp network will not let me make or cash out withdrawals to my bank. I did it before then I tried again and it saying now that it was under a 2-24 hour review I tried waiting a full 24 hours before I tried again and it will not let me do it. The same thing Keep popping up. How can I fix this problem without using another crypto currency method?

I am still waiting on my crypto refund and they cannot even provide a real transaction hash. My customer service tickets have been completely ignored for five straight days with nowhere else to turn.

My weekly transfer on #Tra dov ern-com# never experience these missing network data errors so getting stuck in this loop is disturbing.

I tried the app on android, but the file address failed to lock the file upload, so finally went to the web site, and it was all accomplished, did have a fault with the CCV code the error did not present the renter process - but finally got it resolved. Liked the PROCESS time stamp and status view was very helpful and useful.
