Money stolen and account blocked
They received cryptocurrency, but didn't pay it into my card. It's been more than 10 days ago, and the cryptocurrency is still in the process of being refunded. Support didn't respond for several days, and then, without any explanation, they blocked my account. They stole my funds and have no intention of returning them.

It is indeed fast, simple, and direct; I can buy BTC straight to my hardware wallet at a very good price, and the best part is that I don't have to pay a withdrawal fee like I would if I had bought on a CEX, for example.

Don’t trust this company
I tested a small transaction. It went through well. Money received and able send it out. Then I tried to transfer a larger amount and my account was disabled no longer able to process transactions. No explanation was given. Do not trust this company.
