Does not deserve one star either..scam…
Does not deserve one star either..scam ripoff nobody gets back to you and if they do it’s several days later which is no help..my £500 is stuck there but no one is willing to help to process return back onto my card..tried hundreds of times keep saying something went wrong ..its a joke

Please remember that RAMP wallet is fully non-custodial, which means that we do not control your funds and they are fully in your own control.
RAMP wallet does not support visibility of all the tokens. You purchased USDT on Ethereum network and thats one of the tokens not visible by default.
The funds have been the whole time in your wallet and in your control and you can confirm them through any Ethereum scanner.

Was ok, then all of a sudden, my ethereum balance can't be sent, swapped, or sold. Says Transaction failed try again over and over. Can't find support that won't take forever to fix issue due to "higher than normal demands" I assume still using covid as the excuse to slowly respond
Edit: I got a reply here on my review, but no resolution with the actual issue I have. Matter of fact, I haven't received any correspondence regarding my issue.

If I could give you 0 stars I would have. I've never had so much trouble getting my crypto into USD and sent to my bank. Now they can't find my account to help me get my money. I will never use ramp network again and I definitely will not be recommending it to anyone I know.
