This company is indeed a rare breed. Everything is presented in a way that indicates much thought and consideration has been put into it. The products are exceptional and the educational materials they send out are delightful and incredibly informative. One of the best online purchasing experiences I've had in a long time and I intend to be a patron from now on.

Brilliant products, really good customer service too. Royal Mail were struggling to deliver my item and the Rare Tea Company were very helpful in getting a solution in place.

In the summer of 2023, my wife and I took tea at The Balmoral in Edinburgh where we were introduced to Rare Tea Co. It’s been a love affair ever since. For this last order of your scrumptious Earl Grey, I received it surprisingly quick! I was curious why and I discovered the origin of the tea supply was coming from the Dallas-Ft Worth area. I appreciate the forward supply positioning as it made the shipping time much shorter! Thank you!

The Sencha green tea is great (only discovered how much I really liked this a few months ago, when given some Rare Tea Company tea to drink).
In fact there's something cool about the whole infusing process.
The clear teapot is good too - makes it easy to know how much, and I can see the infusion happening.

Recently, I moved house and forgot to update my default delivery address. As a result, my tea was sent to my old address. I contacted customer service, and I can only praise them for their outstanding efficiency and care. Niamh handled my query and was incredibly helpful throughout the process. As soon as the tea was returned to them, they promptly resent it to my new address without any fuss.
