Rathbones Experience to Date
I've found everyone I have dealt with at Rathbones - be it fund manager, admin, IT support - to be polite, professional and reliable. A big plus point for me is that, should follow-ups be required, I am kept up-to-date on their progress. I deal mainly with Iain Curríe and his team and I have always had the impression that they have time not only to answer my queries, but also to offer advice as to a possible alternative approach. I also particularly appreciated help recently with a couple of technical issues (one docusign, one login).

Darren Elmes and Amanda Cook, friendly and professional
Darren Elmes has been our financial advisor for more than 20 years and our portfolio has done very well. We followed him from Investec to Rathbones, a change that went smoothly. Darren visits us annually and has been a great help to both me and my daughter ever since my husband sadly passed away in 2022. My experience with Rathbones has been a positive one.
Rathbones provide clear reports and send regular updates as to how world affairs are affecting the markets. My interaction with the company has mainly been with my adviser David Herdsman. Trust, integrity and competence
My knowledge of financial management has been minimal and in Sam Olly I have found someone I trust completely and have complete confidence in his competence and integrity. He is always accessible and answers my questions with clarity and understanding of my limits. He also listens carefully and has gained an understanding of my family dynamics and the need for planning my future and the impact of those plans on my children. My son sums him up “Mum you’re in good hands”.
