Rathbones (and Alison Maillardet- O Niell in particular) have been successfully managing our investments over recent years. Alison has done so with care, understanding and professionalism. Our circumstances and needs are listened to and our funds managed accordingly to give a well balanced portfolio to meet our particular requirements. I've used Rathbones for years for investments and getting money advice. Angus and Julie are probably the two people that I have been in contact with the most over that time. After a year of silence from our previous portfolio advisors we were relieved to find David Herdsman and many of his trusted colleagues at Rathbones and we were happy to transfer our business there.

I have had funds under discretionary management with Rathbones locally for 5 years or so and family members before me for considerably longer. I have found their advice sensible, to suit my needs, professional and prompt. As well as telephone and remote meetings I have had face to face interaction with my specified Investment Director and relevant members of staff on a regular basis which have been valuable to say the least.
The online valuation tool and regular insights are extremely simple to operate and yet provide great financial and market information. Furthermore the quarterly reports and tax return packs (both in paper and online format) prove easy and essential tools to manage one's affairs.
