Good quality oils delivered fast
Good quality oils delivered fast. POst nord however did not deliver to the location that I indicated, so I had to pick it up at another location.

Take around a week to deliver
I placed my first time order 31 august and I received my package yesterday 6 September everything was really well packed specially the apple cider vinegar (glass bottle) I can’t complain about the waiting delivery time 7 days was okay time to wait for the package.
Definitely I will order again.

Nuts received in good time - but...
Nuts received in good time, and what would have been a good price. However, the walnuts are totally bitter; and the almonds appear to have been shelled months ago - pale coloured, dry and pretty tasteless.
Not the first instance of disappointment. I've now unsubscribed from the updates and offers.

I don’t recommend buying from them
I ordered 3 oils, got only 2 of them. No email with info about the one they didn’t send me. When trying calling them they don’t pick up the phone, neither company responsible for it here in Denmark. Zero contact and I don’t even know if I will ever get any money back for the one oil I ordered and didn’t get 🤷♀️ I don’t recommend it

Item removed from order without communication
Purchased three things and when my package arrived one thing was removed from my order because it was sold out. They never informed me about this before shipping and if I had known I would have cancelled it. Super expensive shipping (98 dkk). Overall poor customer service and I will not be ordering from them again.

No communication & cheating? :(
I ordered because of Bee Pollen. As I was ordering I also added some other items. When I got the delivery it was all except the Bee pollen. I got the money back for that item but no notice, no email, no communication. The automatic email said, "The order is shipped - Products that are not in stock are automatically refunded." So I guess this happens often because it is in all emails not like "We don't have X product we apologise...." Why wasn't it indicated on the website that the product is sold out? I would not have ordered otherwise so I am quite disappointed and I feel cheated in some way. The products I did receive are ok I guess. But not what I needed.

I keep accumulating bad experiences…
I keep accumulating bad experiences with rawfood. According to customer service, they have refunded the money for the product that was not sent to me via the MyWalley application (which asks for a lot of personal data) but the money has not been deposited. I really wanted to reorder the missing product on the website (because I really need it) but now I am afraid of losing money again.
