Perfect and quick! Absolutely great products!

I ordered 3 things and waited 4 days without getting notice of shipment so I wrote them and was told it was delayed. The next day I received notice it would come soon and two business days later it came. But was missing two items.

I wrote them again and received a promt reply the other items were out of stock and I would be refunded for those two.

The one item that did come is something I can easily buy locally.

Ordered 3 products and my package came quickly. Only when I opened it at home did I realise only 2 products were sent.

I understand a product is sold out, but please give your customers the heads-up before, and the opportunity to replace, cancel, or adjust their order.

I placed an order with the delivery estimated between 1-3 days. It got delivered 12 days later. I went abroad one day before it got delivered and couldnt pick it up before it got returned to rawfoodshop.
So I wrote to the customer service and they said it would cost me 300dkk to get it reshipped (which is double the original price including shipping) which is absolutely ridiculous considering they were at fault for it being delayed by so much.
I wrote them back, asking for a refund instead, but they have just chosen to not answer.
Don’t make the same mistake as me. Buy from another company if you can

I have waited for 8 days to have the information that the shipping letter is registered with PostNord, which does not even mean the package was sent yet. I actually have cancelled the order 2 days ago, and that was not respected. This is really bad service, and the excuse that there are too many orders is a terrible excuse.
Moreover just got the message that the package will be delivered to a pick-up point very far away from my address in some weird kiosk.
Terrible service, will never use this shop ever again.

The webpage promised me delivery within 1-3 days. The order has not been accepted by the warehouse for 4 days now and the customer support email does not respond.

Great selection, very good quality, everything packed efficiently (a small package without artificial fillers) and sent very fast.

I ordered something and before I received it I saw the prices for 2 products went down 20%. So I contacted them asking if they would give me the difference. In a few emails, they keep saying my order has a 20% discount and after sending the order details and how much they charged they suddenly said you ordered when there is no campaign so we cannot give the discount. So why did you keep lying that my order has a 20% discount when it clearly is not and then suddenly change your narrative? says a lot about a company that lies

Great products😍!! I was very happy about the fast delivery. I would just have preferred to collect my parcel at Føtex vesterbrogade, wich is closer to my address instead of having to go to føtex Carlsberg.
