I suffered wax in my ear. I had a couple of visits to Rawlings, each time they were able to get some wax out, the last time they were able to remove a fare amount and my hearing is so much better. Yes I would recommend Rawlings, helpful and informative.

Rawlings Opticians, Purley gives exceptional service in all the areas. Whether it's your glasses or hearing care, you are greeted very warmly by staff members. Eye tests and Hearing Care are carried out very professionally and you are informed of each situation very clearly in terminology you can understand.

I leave the branch feeling very satisfied that I have been advised by very well trained staff who are willing to go above and beyond for the customer's requirements and satisfaction.

I had a slight problem with one eye and was given a next day appointment where I received a thorough check up and helpful advice. The staff were competent and professional as always.

I have been served by Rawlings for many years, First in Winchester and now in Stockbridge which is a very convenient location for me. I see no reason to change. The staff are always helpful and professional.

The optician David was great as always.
However, when an appointment is made, and confirmed by rawlings in an email almost 2 months in advance I do not expect it to be changed without asking me just 2 days prior, and to a later day in the week.
Then to blame the computer.....mmm....the computer is as good as the information keyed in.
Very poor.

A consultation conducted with complete rigour --- I believe no aspect of my eye health was omitted . Additionally, the quality of communication was excellent between Kim and myself -- at no time did I feel as if I was being spoken down to even if some aspects of my knowledge of eyes and optics were wanting
