I booked an appointment with Rawlings opticians to sort my ear out, booked the appointment through the website, really easy and straightforward, I had a follow up call, really helpful and friendly member of staff, at my appointment,the member of staff was very professional and friendly,talked me through the process and made sure I was ok through the process. I would recommend this opticians, great service they offered

I've been searching for somebody to take over my hearing needs since the company I brought aids from went out of business.
Bill at Lymington Rawlings has been great. As he is only present in Lymington 1 or 2 days a week getting aid when I seek it can be a problem but his pleasant attitude and friendliness when we do meet helps to overcome the infrequency of his visits to Lymington. Hopefully this may improve when the branch moves to the High Street - although it will be further from the car park!

And nobody likes changes when theve got used to previous owners just like dentists and doctors. But I must say
Since Rawlings have taken over and I’m seen by Bill at lymington I’ve always felt very comfortable with any issues I’ve had even when it’s come to getting an appt quickly he will always make time where possible. So yes I’m very happy

Brought in my aids and Bill quickly diagnosed something wasn’t right. Sent them off for repair and within a few days they were back having been replace. No issues and back to working well.

Bill Mills was very polite got straight to the point with no waffle gave us all the information that we needed He explained all the various types of aids and which type would suit our needs. Nothing was too much trouble. After explaining the type of aids I required Bill advised the best type for me and I purchased them . I am so pleased with the outcome. Would be happy to recommend Rawlings to my friends and acquaintances.

Bill Mills had arranged for a new hearing aid for my husband as the old one was faulty but still under warranty. As always he gave us both a helpful and friendly service. Thanks Bill.

Bill was fantastic! He was kind, patient and caring when treating my elderly father for his hearing issue and dad actually looked forward to going back for the follow up appointment! What a gem we have found and his clinic has plentiful parking outside and easy to get dad in with his wheelchair. Our family will not be going anywhere else!

I have visited a few times to have the aids tweeked and each time Bill has been welcoming, helpful and patient. He never makes you feel that you are making a fuss over nothing despite the fact that I bought the aids from the previous owner.

I found Bill (Audiologist - Lymington branch) to be very polite, friendly and professional during my first visit. He provided the promised referral to my GP within a day. I will certainly visit the beach again for further hearing issues. Many thank Bill.

Took 2 attempts as Lots of days softening with olive oil were required. No extra charge for second visit.

The audiologist had a comfortable, normal approach which makes one feel at ease. He treated me as an equal and not as an old lady who was deaf. So it was a good meeting. He gave me good practical advice which was over and above the matter which I had gone to discuss. I was very pleased and I left feeling assured that my best interests were served.

This was my first hearing test and I found it to be very helpful. I was given clear and knowledgeable explanations of the state of my hearing and what can be expected over the next few years. Also convenient location

When I heard that Solent Hearing in Lymington had been sold to an optical outlet I really wondered if I should start looking for someone else to look after my hearing problems.
However, having seen Bill Mills, at what is now called Rawlings, a couple of times now I have realised that my fears were groundless. Bill is totally competent, and a really nice person, and I shall happily carry on visiting him at Newington Court, Emsworth Road in future.

Very professional. Bill explained everything very carefully and patiently and ensured the procedure was very relaxing and thorough. I work in the music industry so my ears are vital to my work, and I will definitely return here next time I need wax removal.

Keen to take the fee initially, and was told the fee would cover appointments, this turned out not to be the case.
Had to insist to be seen as advice given actually made my hearing worse!

Friendly, efficient and helpful.

Quick, friendly service answered all my questions about my earing aids. They changed the filters and gave them a good clean. Updated the software and got them working alot better. Would highly recommend them.
