My experience at Stockbridge has been very good. I havnt been kept waiting and l have been treated with understanding and professionalism. I have repeatedly broken my glasses and they have been patient and kind.
My optician who retired last year had looked after me for many years and l was anxious about a change.
My new optician was kind, understanding and very open to discuss my treatments.

Booking was simple and the appointment started promptly and with friendly staff from the reception and the practitioner undertaking the appointment. It could not have been any better thanks.

I’ve been attending Rawlings for many years originally in Winchester and now in Stockbridge and have always had confidence in the level of service provided. On my recent visits Katie was very thorough in testing my eyes and following through an issue after recent cataract surgery as well as carefully explaining the results. Sally was vey helpful when choosing new lenses and frames and spent a considerable amount of time in ensuring they fitted well. Thank you - excellent customer service.

The actual appointment was fine - all he did was check I had no earwax - less than 5 minutes. Only 4 starts because Rawlings charging scheme for earwax removal is iniquitous. £70 even if there is no wax. Specsavers are £60 if there is earwax and only £20 if there is none to be found. This was made clear beforehand but I didn't have time so drive to a Specsavers so accepted the cost.

Great opticians - very efficient and friendly

I have been a client at Rawlings for over forty years. I moved from the Winchester branch when Stockbridge opened. I have always found it very convenient, and the staff extremely helpful and friendly. When I have had problems crop up, the team have always seen me promptly and have been thorough and reassuring.

Have been suffering from ear wax and been waiting for an NHS appointment for months. Was recommended by a friend to go to Rawlings in Stockbridge which I did and really pleased with the results. All sorted very quickly and easily and delighted to have my hearing back!

Excellent service for the NHS Primary eye care when I had a flare of my dry eye condition. Thorough, professional and efficient.

At very short notice, Katie made time for an appointment to investigate my concerns. Having diagnosed my condition and recommended treatment, Katie went o to make a thorough assessment of my eye condition and detected a further treatable issue which had been troubling me. This confirmed my previous positive experiences of assistance from the Stockbridge team. Thank you.

I am relatively new to the area and attended the Stockbridge practice as I had something in my eye. The optician, Katie, checked my eye very thoroughly and gently, and gave lots of helpful advice. I was also fitted in for a follow up apointment two days later to check everything was okay. My eye is now fine. I am very confident with this optician branch, and shall use them again.

I was made welcome and my examination, while thorough and uncovering issues, put my mind at rest and gave me confidence. I was advised on how to deal with issues which is immensely helpful. A huge thank you to the Stockbridge team.
