Great dealership. I bought a car from this dealership and it was a breeze from the start. I was given a great price for my part exchange car and the car I have bought is great. I would highly recommend and I will use Rayner smith in the future.

Why go anywhere else.....

Got in touch with the Oliver on a Saturday evening when the shop had closed (via their website) and he responded the same night.

The Sunday afternoon we spoke again (during closed hours again) more about the vehicle I wanted to view and some information about the vehicle I was exchanging

On the Monday I requested to see the vehicle (Mercedes GLA) and I viewed it on Tuesday with Gerry (as Oliver went on holiday) and was shown the full 7 year service history, MOT certificates and much more.

After the viewing I informed Gerry that I would like to part ex a vehicle and take the GLA, he had emailed me all the forms I needed to fill out and phoned me informing me prior to sending them of what each email entails, this made the process run smooth and easy

I’ve had the GLA now for 5 days and I must say that it is the best decision I’ve made dealership and vehicle wise

100% recommend using Rayner smith when purchasing vehicles, it’s shows how good their customer service is when they speak to you during closed hours and keep you in the loop of everything going on 10/10 customer service.

STAY WELL AWAY!!! . Bought a van for just under £24,000.
Engine lights came on immediately. Took it back and they wiped them off and said see how you get on.
No warranty on the vechile which was told it had . Broke down 10/11 weeks ago. Been promised week after week it's getting sorted . I have lost £1000,s of work through having no van. Got sent a courtesy car only 2 weeks ago. Got a knock on the door . That had been clamped for no tax. I have asked for a refund as I need to get a van that I can trust and they say there waiting for parts. They have had the van longer than I have. Nothing but a nightmare

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
I placed a review on 30th June and this nightmare is still going on! We have been told today that the parts for our car are not available until 1st Aug and are still waiting for an end to this nightmare!!
We have repeatedly asked for a full refund however, have been refused with the sales man Gerry stating ‘we have sold you a dog with flees, we won’t be able to sell it on’
Honestly, please save your money, time and sanity and shop elsewhere as this company are utterly horrendous, don’t care about what they are selling and just want to take your money!

Also, the courtesy car provided had no tax and was clamped! Therefore my husband was driving illegally!!!

Very friendly and efficient service on Ford Fiesta - let us drive the car as soon as we arrived with no hassle. Business sorted quickly. Cleaned and maintained car very well for when we came to pick it up. Overall great service and Jacob was very kind.

I found myself in a difficult financial situation where i needed to exit a vehicle. Oliver at RSA went above and beyond what would be expected or a car garage, I will not go into the details, but Oliver did more than would be expected of someone enabling us to get out the car and transition into a more affordable vehicle. I really will remember this and is testament to the ethics of the team at RSA

It’s taken me a while to get round to writing this review, but I had a fantastic service with Rayner Smith. I purchased a Tesla from them, I was travelling up from London and they kind enough to pick me up from the station. Great communication and I would highly recommend them

Oliver and the team at the dealership were absolutely fantastic! I recently purchased a Porsche from them and I couldn't be happier with the level of service I received. Oliver went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was nothing short of excellent. On the day of collection, he took the time to show me around the vehicle, and when I noticed some loose stitching on the passenger seat, he was incredibly apologetic and immediately offered to have it repaired at no cost to me. True to his word, the issue was promptly taken care of, and I was thoroughly impressed with his commitment to customer satisfaction.
