RC Willey - Boise Reviews 

My wife and I moved to Idaho on September 4th of this year and purchased a new house. We shopped around for weeks before deciding on a TV wall unit at RC Willey. We moved into our house on October 10th and scheduled our furniture to be delivered that day. We were told that 3 pieces of the furniture were on back order, and that they would be delivered on 10/30. Just before 10/30 we were told that there would be a delay and that the new delivery date was 11/07. The 11/07 date was eventually pushed to 11/14, then 11/17, and finally 11/20. The pieces that were missing were a coffee table, the back support, and the left lower section of the unit. The unit could not be set up without 2 of those.
When the delivery team showed up on 11/20, we were informed that the lower left section was not on the truck and we would have to check with the store. We called over to the store that morning when they opened and were told that there had been an error at the warehouse. After a follow up visit, our sales rep and a manager told us it would probably take 2 weeks to get the last piece we needed. We waited for the item to be delivered, and we finally received the last piece on 12/06.
When the people showed up to deliver the last piece and set everything up, we were relieved. That feeling quickly disappeared, as we were informed that the bridge that goes across the top of the piece which had been sitting in an unopened box since 10/10 was cracked and needed to be replaced. We went into the store a few days later and were informed by customer service that the replacement would be in 12/22. Today is 12/22 and the replacement was finally delivered, and the unit has finally been set up.
The only reason I gave two stars instead of one is that our sales rep Aaron Binsky kept us in the loop for most of this process. Although I feel the ball was dropped at the end, I can't discount his efforts up until that point.
This whole process has been exhausting and has left a bad taste in our mouths regarding RC Willey. We actually visited the store a few more times after our initial purchase and bought additional pieces. The furniture is fine, but the experience was horrible.
I had given a 2 star rating, but after the response I decided to change it to a 1 star. It is clear that whoever wrote that response couldn't care less about our experience and our frustration. This has made my decision very clear. I will never shop with RC Willey again. I will also make sure to let anyone who asks know how terrible they have been to deal with.

The whole process was seemless.
The delivery crew were top notch, courteous, fast, clean and respectful.

Online order was quick & efficient. Glad my item was on sale.....I've been waiting for that to happen! Loved the curbside delivery at no charge. Perfect! Merry Christmas ❣️

Could have picked my item up faster if I just came in and purchased it, instead of purchasing online.

I was looking to upgrade my living room TV. RC Willey salesperson Andrew Smith was very helpful in explaining all the different types (OLED, Mini-LED, etc), brands, pros and cons of each. It was very helpful in making my decision. The checkout process went very smoothly.

The easy shopping online and calling in on pick up staff is friendly

The Associates were courteous and helpful. Love the variety of options available. Especially like the furniture moving option to facilitate the installation. Installation went well.

From sales, quality of product, price, sales, promotional discounts and rebates to most importantly the install team, I can't say enough about the professional customer service and product quality. We have purchased many items from RC Willey and have never been disappointed. Keep up the great work!!

New vacuum doesn't charge new dryer doesn't dry new refrigerator leaks water all over the floor. Paid a huge amount for extended warranty but still have to call manufacturer wait on hold and wait weeks and another for service on 7 month old appliances. Once you buy the store wants nothing to do with you.

Alex in sales guided me to take advantage of sales on products and labor. The installers were magical. Not a wasted movement. Installation done very quickly. They made the seam invisible.

I’m sure that I was told that I would receive a one hundred dollar gift card, but I was given a card for only fifty dollars.

Everything thing went very smooth from working with Troy to the men that laid the carpet. Excellent job.
