Had a slight problem with washing machine , booking an appointment was easy , engineer arrived promptly and fid a thorough check of machine and explained everything clearly to me - thank you

Had Zack come round to look at my washing machine. RDA kept me up to date with when to expect him, and I received a phone call when he was en route. He’s done a brilliant job solving and fixing the problem.

Quite an immediate appointment time. Good notification of engineer being en route (and sticking to that). Friendly, informative and efficient service that resulted in a quick resolution (essential for getting the household functioning).

I take it the reviews are being left from family members !!! I have no idea how someone states they contacted this company at 07:30 am when it doesn’t open till 09:00 am . I have called 9 times and never got through on any occasion !
Domestic and General who use this Company can not even get through , they are supposed to advise you the day before if your repair will be in the morning or afternoon ???? My repair is today I have called as I stated 9 times and left a message and emailed them ??? Nothing . My repair is supposed to be today ands it’s 10am I have not heard a thing . No way on gods earth are these reviews genuine !!!! For anyone thinking of using them give them a call ??? You won’t get through

My engineer was excellent and went above and beyond thankyou. The repair to my tunble dryer went ahead quickly easily .When he realisided that I wasnt feeling so good he offered to make me a cup of tea . Thank you again for such amazing service
