Great service and customer support all round and very much appreciated!

The Service Engineer, Alan, was excellent.
He very quickly identified the problem with my dishwasher and equally quickly resolved it.
My only comment would be that the company could offer it’s customers a better arrival timeframe than ‘between 8.00am and 6pm’, although when I received the ETA text in early afternoon, he did arrive soon after.

Had engineer out to repair my washing machine today through d&g insurance , front start to finish the process has been brilliant , reminders of appointments and texts 15 minutes before engineer arrived meaning your day isn’t wasted sitting about waiting. Both engineers have been outstanding and a credit to the company , will definitely recommend to friends and family to use in the future

Right hand door of our new Rangemaster cooker was misaligned. The Engineer arrived on scheduled time and carried out the necessary adjustment. It took no longer than 15 minutes. Thank you.

The engineer was very nice and easy to speak to had time to explain to me how the washing machine might be fixed,as it could not be fixed he phoned or someone else phoned from the office and told me that I was getting a new machine; the problem was solved very quick. A Very Good Service Technician and RDA Service.

Had an emergency to go get my daughter from nursurey. Engineer didnt mind and went into the house while i was out. No fuss. Sorted in and out. R0035464

Engineer friendly and efficient.

Bought new cooker from Currys. Timer did not work. Spent two hours getting a call out. Appointment booked with RDA repairs (Scotland)for following week. They did not turn up. Now told they will come three days later. Cooker was a Kenwood model.
