Be wary, car purchased with not a spot of problems from the outside looking in around the car, went to fill car up same day and found petrol cap to be faulty wouldn’t open with push system, gave them the benefit of doubt. 1 month later found a spot of rust appearing from the top of the passenger sill, aware of the cars age didn’t think much of it and again gave benefit of doubt but this then grew worse within the next week or so, drivers window then began to act up if opened it won’t close, Then the windscreen wash jets began to stop working, making the car u drivable due to salt and grit on the roads blocking my vision. After heavy rain one day went to my car and found the paint had began to peel from under the door and on the door itself which revealed this also had rust under the current paint which after speaking to friend advised me paint doesn’t look matched and looks as if it has been covered to hide this rust. When asking for help was told to use a “paint patch kit” this is clearly what they have done before selling the car. After having no help from them or finance company have told them to collect the car and won’t be paying another penny.
Save yourself the hassle absolute robbery.

Excellent Experience for a first timer!

I was called back promptly after filling in an application form online. It was very simple and confirmation was made as I was on the phone. Forms were completed afterwards via email and within an hour or so I had secured the car i had initially enquired about. Customer Service was brilliant and I also had the car delivered to my door, couldn't be happier! Thank you so much.

They were so understanding, especially when I had an emergancy come up, they didn't rush me in to anything. Really good company, when it came to looking at car they gave me time to look over it, again didn't rush me. Was quick signing paper work and sorting the tax out and driving away.

Joke of a company. The cars are over priced and the customer service was terrible.

Went to see them about finance and thr car, looked over the car which had several exterior damaged trims, asked them if the would sort them prior to sale and was told no, we can see if we can fix them after the finance and everything is completed and the car went through its Mot, bearing in mind the finance was all pre approved and agreed, was told if we can stick then back down with sticky pads we will, but if we can't the car will come as it is.

Was then discussing my part ex with them, they offered a price for it and was told he would guarantee me the price regardless, took the car to show them and he said the same in person. He then got his "mecanic" to look over the car. The mecanic tried to say the head gasket is gone but was pointing out the rocker gasket cover so clearly knows nothing about cars, to which there was no leak or anything wrong with the car.

They then lied to my face saying the will still do it the deal however I got a call later that night from the finance team to say they have told them they won't do a deal.

All the do is lie and sell overpriced cars, anything to get a sale regardless of conditions or cars

avoid at all costs!! since i have had this car (approx 1 year) it has had hundreds of pounds worth of failures i’ve needed to fix one after another, it was clearly broken before being given to me. making up warranty as they go. any good review on here will be fake. communication has been awful been waiting months for a phone call back. they are refusing to return the car or help out. charge people way over the total price the car is worth. have gave me a car from a company that is dissolved and looks like they continuously change their name/company to work around the allegations. i will be going to citizens advice and taking this further to small claims court.

Outstanding service - got me a deal within a few hours, delivered the car to me as well, lovely friendly helpful staff - highly recommend (will definitely be using them again next time)

Get a cup of tea … Here is a brief summary of what has happpened since I took ownership of a car from this lot on September 23 . I took delivery of the car. The salesman did not offer me a test drive and immediately got me in the car to sign papers. They left the car with me without me even having driven it. With hindsight more fool me for not pushing the issue.

5 September 23 . Four days after delivery , while driving to work , the engine management light came on .
The problem turned out to be-
2 parts of exhaust
2 clamps
Spark plugs
Ignition coil
Stabiliser link bar
Total cost £652.00 . Really easy paid this bill.

30 September 2023. Engine management light flashed on once again . This time ..
Catalytic converter
02 sensor
clamp
Total cost £669.75 . Really easy paid this bill.

16 October 23 The engine management light came on once again and the car went in limp mode so couldn’t be driven. I had to abandon the car where it has broken down. When put on the machine, it was identified that the fault with the car this time was “POLLUTING MISFIRES , INJECTOR CYLINDER2” . I informed Really Easy Car Credit that as I had been more than fair with them already, the car needed to go back to them this time as it was not fit for purpose . The owner of Really Easy (Steven I think his name was) spent 30-45 minutes one evening on the phone trying to convince me to keep the car as it would be such a hassle to return it , cancel the finance etc . I reluctantly gave in and said ok , one last chance to resolve this . Steven arranged for the car to be picked up the next day from my home and taken back down to Really Easy Car Credit’s own garage, where he assured me it would be gone over with a fine tooth comb and not returned until they were very happy with it . The car came back to me until
29 December 23 the engine management light once again flashed back on while driving on a dark country road. The car didn’t go in to limp mode so I continued along the journey 1 mile to my home . The message this time “engine oil pressure fault - stop the vehicle”.
Really easy refused to collect the car or pay for it to be transported . I have now had it transported back to them and in the process of winding down the finance. Really Easy are refusing that the problem is the car and claiming the fault this time is that I hadn’t put enough oil in the car . Absolute joke of a dealership . Watch this space as I am considering a small claims court claim if this is not resolved and written off ASAP .

Fantastic customer service. Excellent lasses in the office but the car is a joke.. Had it 3 months literally. Been in the garage 6 times now. Havent even done 1k miles in it. AVOID
