It's hard not to praise a program that over and over again has saved my own, friends and family's data from annihilation. I have recovered deleted files from regular HDD, from RAID setups in a NAS and from SD-card, so thank you for a fantastic product!!! 😊

I used ReclaiMe to restore deleted files from an accidentally factory-reset Buffalo Linkstation running Raid0. Overall, it did what it claimed to do, which was locate and restore files not overwritten after the reset. There was some weirdness in the results, such as 10GB shortcut files, JPEGS being identified as DOCX, etc. The search filters are surprisingly robust. They could do with a bit more granulation in functionality, but overall they helped me filter out erroneously discovered files.

Due to human error I had crippled my NAS. I spent 2 weeks working with QNAP support staff to try and recover/rebuild the NAS without loosing the data content. The engineer had exhausted all options available to him and suggested I try ReclaiMe. This software was a 'breeze' to install and run, I just plugged my NAS disks - drive order is not a requirement. To Reclaim my data:-
1. Start the application
2. Scan my drives. Within 5min, I started to see that my data from my 10TB raid 5 was being seen and available to be read. View my data
3. Purchase a licence (I had my licence within 5min)
4. Activate my software
5. Save my data to another drive
I purchased the "ReclaiMe Ultimate" so I could recover my NAS data (plus other File Systems). I have been able to recover my 10TB data I thought I had lost forever.
The software is so easy to use, no expertise required apart from being able to cable my NAS drives internally into my PC, but then a USB drive bay would do the job but data access might be slow.
I can not thank this software enough.

Great tool to recognize any kinde of Raid LVM configs and to recover lost Files. In my case it did not work, but thats what I assmed, it was a faile shrink process of an volume, so the already currupted data was recovered. But it was corrupted data, not lost data. I was impressed that the 30 day money back was accepted without circumstances.
What I really loved was that in case of a reboot the Disk scan process does resume and can be saved separately, I was sweating the whole week not to start from scratch.
One request at this place, I was not able to mark Files with Shift from - to, clicking hundreds of Files if not wanted to mark all is hard then.

My nas qnap was no longer accessible. I didn't see my files in any way. There are about 10 years of my work. I recovered everything and I am safe.

My QNAP NAS filesystem crashed while upgrading. The recovery software save all my data! Just a little wish are if it can recovery the data directly to network drive will save more time.

The Reclaime application works. It saved over 15 years and over 10,000 pictures and videos as well as notes and applications we had on a NAS server which could not boot up. We rescued all the files, pictures and videos. It was a "life saver". Worth every $ we paid and we will recommend it to our friends. The application is also quite efficient in scanning disks and assembling files that are on distributed RAID drives. Absolutely amazing how it works. Thanks for such a great product

Reclaime Recovery along with Reclaime RAID Reclaime saved 1000s of hours of saved game files and computer settings when my laptop got some unexpected water damage. After receiving my old SSD RAID 0 drives back I started working on recovering my files. I tried numerous other software options but none worked. When I found a YouTube recommending Reclaime I found my fix. Reclaime RAID Reclaime quickly found and made my RAID readable and Reclaime Recovery allowed me to recover all of my files. The ease of use, quickness and reliability is next to none. I highly recommend this software for recovery needs.

We had a raid and JBOD server that was not backed up for 3 months.
We purchased this software because it states it could recover raid drives.
We had a failure. This software worked perfect and we were able to recover all of our clients data. Well worth the price.

I had an APFS drive in which I stored 2.4TB of ProRes footage and TIFF pictures that were for an important submission and the drive failed. I used multiple data recovery software but they did not return satisfactory results. However, I came across Reclaime Ultimate which enabled me to recover files from any Mac drive on a Windows PC and voila! I successfully managed to recover all my files, and I just finished checking my footage and there was no broken file. I am truly impressed by this app and would recommend to my fellow cinematographers.

I have a 32tb NAS for my media server. I went to add a drive to the raid and instead of adding it it deleted the whole raid. ReclaiMe saved me for years of collecting media. I ran the software and like a miracle it saw my raid config and let me recover and copy all my data back

I had a Seagate NAS which had a drive failure in a RAID 5, No problem you think, but it also took another drive offline, even though it hadn't failed. After rebooting the NAS 3 drive came back online but the RAID volume was offline/damaged.

I downloaded and tried many free recovery tools to either rebuild or extract my files from the RAID 5 setup. But either they failed, or could recover files but with no folder structure or without any file names! this would have taken me weeks if not months to sort out.

Then came ReclaiMe File recovery, I bit the bullet and purchased the ULTIMATE license, ran it against my 3 remaining drives and within a few hours it had found my entire file/folder structure and all my files! and within 48 hours had restored 5TB of data with zero failures and they all worked without issue!

My NAS went down due to a PSU issue. i connected all the 5 drives to a Ubuntu system and was attempting to copy the files to a hard drive. Unfortunately i accidently deleted a folder with over 2.3 TB of data. a huge mistake on my part.

I tries many different solutions to try and recover the data, Testdisk and a few other data recovery software, but because this was a RAID i was not able to recover anything.

Until i came upon this software. it was able to easily detect the RAID and reconstruct it. I was even able to recover the deleted folder without any issues and all the media files that the folder stored worked perfectly.

This software saved me. Simple and easy to use and best of all it works well.

Absolutely best choice in recovery software!

When I installed a replacement for a failed drive into my QNAP NAS (4 x 14TB in RAID 10) The NAS would not rebuild the array. Turns out that a previous replacement drive was marked as rebuilding still even though the array had rebuilt and was functioning perfectly.

So, left with 3 of the 4 disks of the array I gave ReclaiME a try. I was impressed with the amount of files it found and before I purchased the license I decided to email them a few questions. Next thing I know there is a ticket created and an agent assigned to my case.

I reluctantly allowed the agent to access a TeamViewer session and he was able to tweak the scan parameters and get much better results for me. Originally I was finding tons of files but the folder names were lost. The agent (Andrew) was able to setup the scan so that I saw the entire original folder structure as well as almost all of the files.

My guess is that I was able to save over 95% of my files, including the original folder hierarchy which is going to save so much time putting everything back together.

I've had a mirrored 8TB Storage Spaces volume crash on me with both drives being inaccessible all of a sudden, in Windows as well as in external data recovery live disks.

Using ReclaiMe I was able to restore all the data in a matter of hours comfortably without any issues. To summarize, this product works incredibly well for the advertised use case. Would recommend.
