Did not work for my case...
It works for me
This is my first purchase of Data recovery software after tried a lot of different software.
I have more than 20 years of Data, Photos and Videos stored in my crashed NAS. This is easy to work with, and very thorough. Reclaime gave me back all my data and records.
Excellent Software
I have lost around 16TB of data from my Lacie 5 Big Thunderbolt raid due to a firmware issue. most of the valuable video files. reclaime software helps me to recover all data without any issue.
The data recovered is readable and I am very happy with the recailme data recovery process.
Simply amazing!
Reclaime helped me recover lost data from a formated NAS device. 4TB HDD full of pictures and graphic files saved!
All the other software I've tried before finally stumbilng upon Reclaime didn't find nearly as much.
It is very easy to use as well.
Superior !!
Superior !!! My situation was a NAS storage space of 4TB of data. I accidentally wiped the HDD after upgrading my NAS and my backup external HDD was fallen down and got damaged.
I tried several recovery tools found from the internet, but they did not recognize BTRFS stucture well.
After scanning with Recalime my storage, the software found the partial BTRFS folder stucture and a lot of RAW data. 99% of my data was restored ! The usage of Reclaime software was very clear and easy. Many thanks to the developers !!
Reclaime me to the rescue!
A++++. My situation was a storage space four drive parity pool of 12TB with 8TB of data. I accidentally wiped the pool meta data with a powershell command leaving the pool no longer recognized by Windows10. Reclaime to the rescue.
After running other recovery tools from many reputable sources I did manage to recover raw files to a good extent, but without restoring file structure and many larger files were corrupted.
After scanning with Recalime Storage Spaces, the software found the Microsoft Storage pool (in part) and folder structure but with the same raw file issues.
I contacted Reclaime support and without hesitation they were on the case. After a teamviewer interaction they were able to effectively identify the storage pool and create an xml profile that lead to a full recovery of the storage pool with all files intact. This included many irreplaceable personal files, pictures, documents and even large movie mkv files in entirety.
I can't say enough of their customer support and follow up. After watching Yulja (my rep) in action I can say without doubt that the Recalime team are true professionals with indepth expertise and an incredible resolve to help their customers. Absolutely 5 stars.
Thanks to Yulja and the Recalime team!
Excellent experience
The software was EXTREMELY easy to use, sadly my data was on an SSD so the recovery was not possible.
However, when I requested a refund they swiftly provided it with no hassle.
Overall it was a wonderful experience, they are a very trust worthy company!!!
Full featured, intuitive use, effective recovery!
Due to an electric issue in the building, my RAID5 configured Buffalo NAS (TS3410) signaled that 3 of its 4 hard drives failed... that ment possibly all the information in the disks gone for good.
After checking each HDD health individually (removing and scanning them attached to a computer) we determinated the actual problem were't faulty disks, but the loss or corruption of the Raid information and the disks may still have the information available.
After a quick search we decided to give a try to the free Raid scan software ReclaiMe offers. Works like a charm, no need to provide any information besides selecting the disks that belongs to the set; after that the software scanned for the Raid configuration and then for the information in the disks. It worked!
Once you scan the software provides the option to use ReclaiMe to recover the information (you need to purchase the license to continue).
Since the previous operation showed the software works, is really easy to use (we had used r-studio before, its a world of difference) and is fairly priced, we decided to go with it. Right decision!
Just select target to restore into and wait for it to finish, 8tb recovered!
If you have a similar situation is a no brainer, go for it.
Brilliant, very simple to use
Could not seem to read my NAS drive anymore and tried to get it done by other merchants but the prices they quoted was very expensive. Happen to come across ReclaiMe online at a more affordable price and the process was very straightforward. Would definitely recommend. Thanks to ReclaiMe I have been able to retrieve my data.
Helped me a lot with my QNAP
Helped me a lot with my QNAP.
Earlier It had 3 4TB Drives. after that we upgrade to RAID 5 with 4 x 4Tb drives. that was finished. after that we upgraded to RAID6 with the new 5th drive. It was then stuck on this process and we had to recover data. We have downloaded ReclaiMe File Recovery and then ReclaiMe Free RAID recovery using which we could reconstruct the broken RAID layout and then extract files with ReclaiMe File Recovery. Excellent software.
Very happy with Reclaime
I just found my new favourite recovery tool
After trying the trial i took the plunge a bought a license.
I have a large collection of old drives with several issues, the drives that i scanned and recovered so far have a very high succes rate using ReclaiMe. The ones that have hardware faults need to be sent in to a lab, but that is to be expected.
Why i am using this tool? Ease of use, gives me less corrupt files then other tools. And the filenames and pathnames remain intact most of the time.
Simplicity is also a key factor, the interface is very uncluttered. I also have r-studio but that takes a lot of getting into. At the same time i get better results with Reclaime.
States are automatically saved. One thing that i wish could be improved would be a save state on demand. By which i mean a way to save states en load them by using state files.
One fo the good things about this tool is the fact that you get unlimited updates over time, so no monthly or yearly fees. This tool will stay in my arsenal for a long time to come.
It works!
My NAS crashed, with over 15 years of pictures on it, including pictures of my childeren as a baby. Looking for reliable software to restore my pictures, I found Reclaime.
Although expensive, it gave me back my pictures. Easy to work with, and very thorough. My complete HDD is recovered, I got everything back!
My 10 yearold Synology DS410…
My 10 yearold Synology DS410 motherboard suddenly died and I was left unable to access my RAID.
After moving my disks to my PC I downloaded and tired 4 different popular software options to retrieve my data. Reclaime was the only one that worked!
I did contact support on two options. Reclaime won here hands down with quick responses and suggestions as to what to do.
In the end, the price was worth it and I am happy to have been able to get my files back.
Works like a charm!
Quite frankly I was craping myself thinking that I had lost over 10 years of holiday, wedding pictures and 150 GB of music when my 4 bay Synology nas failed to recognise my volume (4TB).
I was quoted £3,000 to recover the data.
I brought a 4 bay external docking station (£80) and the Reclaime software (£180) and I've been able to recover everything! Very happy.
Recovery of 5TB of data from a failed RAID5 NAS box
A few days ago, my NAS drive with 3 4TB disks in RAID-5 hung. I switched off the power and restarted the NAS to find to my dismay that the NAS drive didn't recognise any of the 3 drives. The user interface showed that the drives are "unallocated". I tried lots of troubleshooting but NAS drive couldn't recognise the disks. I then removed the 3 disks, attached to the PC and tried different NAS/RAID recovery software. Fortunately, the ReclaiMe File Recovery Ultimate software recognised all the 3 RAID-5 disks and also showed my entire file structure. I bought this software online and recovered almost 2TB of the overall 5TB of data in the last 36 hours. I am now recovering the remaining 3TB of data. The data recovered is readable and I am very happy that I bought this software
RECLAIME Ultimate - An Amazing NAS HDD File Recovery Product
Hi
Well last week amidst the lock-down our School's EMC2 LENOVO 4 Slot 8 TB NAS Motherboard suddenly went dead.
Looked up a lot of Recovery products but they couldn't get the RAID information correctly - Some got the RAID information correct but couldn't get the file information.
Finally looked up the Reclaime Site - Well it gave the correct information using the free Reclaime RAID Recovery Tool - Also it didnt bind you to use their product giving information on how you could recover it using other products - well it does take some guts to do that -
But then again when a company gives that kind of transparency and willingness to let you choose and use whatever product you wish to for recovery - then you tend to think why not just go with them since they are so confident about what they are doing.
I did Exactly that and in a matter of 8 Hours or so I has 98% of my 3.8 TB data back onto a Secondary WD NAS Device. There are 2% files that have been recovered to some Random names folder that we have been inspecting and placing in the right place.
To begin with I was apprehensive about any recovery Product - But Reclaime Ultimate has put my doubts to rest.
As an administrator in a School - having PCs, NAS, MACs and even some Linux system - I think the Money spent on the Reclaime Ultimate is totally worth it.
Thanks again guys!! I so happy the Data is safe and recovered !
Amazing product - Does the Job as Described!
ReclaiMe data recovery
My Buffalo Nas box failed in RAID 0 and I had no way to recover the data. I was quoted stupid money by recovery agents but reclaiMe managed to find the data and recover all the files. Great work!! Thanks!
Reclaime did an excellent job
I don’t give many reviews, however if I experience a company, service or product that I am impressed with, I am happy to share my positive thoughts on it.
In this instance related to the company Reclaime and its equal named product.
Support: Excellent and response within 24 hours
Support agents knowledge (via online form): Very Knowledgeable, and friendly interaction
Software Product: Simple to operate, intuitive design (no need to read a manual)
Overall Review: Full 5 Stars, and recommended for anybody (especially home users) who need to retrieve data from disks that have been operating in raid.
Below a detailed break down of the issue I was facing and the resolve given by Reclaime.
A disk in a Netgear Readynas Duo (2 diskbay) that was in raid gave raid issues and was not able to be read anymore by the Readynas Duo. A method needed to be found to recover the data from this disk. Additionally only one of the raid disk was still available for retrieval.
Environment:
* To recover data from a disk that is in raid, the easiest way would be to connect this disk to a Ubuntu (Linux) environment. However, this would mean you need to have hardware and knowledge available, which is not always available to home users.
* Netgear Readynas systems don’t have 100% Linux orientated disks, which makes it more difficult to hook them up to a Ubuntu (Linux system) to recover its data.
* The Netgear Readynas disks cannot easily be connected to a PC running Ubuntu using a SATA/USB Bridge. Disk needs to be connected directly to the motherboard, which means opening of the PC in most cases.
Issue:
Tried hooking up the disk to a PC running Ubuntu using the SATA/USB bridge, however it would not recognise the disk. Because of this, the PC had to be opened up and the internal disk of the PC needed to be swapped around with the Netgear Readynas disk. The disk was not recognised initially after startup of Ubuntu, and needed install & configuration of different software packages to make it recognise the disk. Once it was finally recognised, the data on the disk was still not easily accessible. At this point I had wasted a lot of time and decided to search for an alternative solution.
Resolve:
I found a few professional raid retrieval software programs, however many looked complicated to operate. Reclaime triggered me because of its simplicity in operation according to its screenshots, and the size of the install package itself, which was only 3.4mb.
Installing of the software on PC was easy. Connected the disk using the same SATA/USB bridge used before and ran the Reclaime software. It took about 30 seconds for the software to scan my PC environment for available disks. Once the scan was finished I selected the Readynas disk from the list, and let Reclaime index it. The indexing of the disk took a while, however during this time, any file found was shown in a folder tree and was right-away available to be previewed and downloaded! The file or files could be recovered/downloaded by easily selecting the file in the folder tree and clicking on the download button.
So in the end, using only a SATA/USB bridge to connect the Readynas disk to a PC, I was able to recover the files more easily using the Reclaime software than I would have using the Ubuntu recovering method.
