Consistently excellent, service, and speedy delivery - and delicious coffee too! Fun to try different bean types alongside the “standard” coffee we buy.

I’ve been buying coffee from redber for over 4 years now, the coffee is consistently great quality and they always have a great selection of single origin coffees to choose from.
My orders have always been roasted within a couple of days of delivery. On top of this the prices are really reasonable.
Great company!

We’ve had a coffee subscription with Redber for several years now and have always been very happy with their service. The coffee is consistently fresh, great quality, and delivered on time. You can really tell they care about what they do.
Customer service has always been helpful and friendly whenever we’ve needed anything. It’s nice to support a roastery that’s reliable and passionate about coffee. Highly recommended.

the coffee is always reliable and there's a wide variety of beans. We order to pick up and it's always ready within a couple of days- other people have it posted to them. There's other stuff to buy too, cups and equipment of all sorts. Occasionally there's a sale, too!

Nice range of interesting coffee, generally nicely roasted (even the decaf) and vastly cheaper than the supermarket, particularly when buying in kg quantities
Reliable and professional shipping too

Somehow I've ended up as the bean-orderer for our small office. I've been purchasing our supplies from Redber for nearly 4 years now and in all that time, my colleagues haven't had a single complaint!
Easy to order, fast delivery and plenty of notifications through the process. In too many orders to mention, only one small mistake where one of the bags was sent as beans rather than ground as requested. A problem they immediately rectified! That's the sort of service that will keep me coming back again and again.

I bought the liquor infused coffee box for my husband and he loves it, he said it’s the best coffee he’s ever had! The packaging if beautiful too. I will definitely buy from Redber again.

Goods never arrived, Redber never replied to emails, showed no interest in sorting out.

I purchased 1kg of Guatemala Antigua directly from Redber's website (Order #378085), specifically hoping to avoid the stale coffee issues I experienced with other sellers on Amazon. I even emailed them beforehand to ensure freshness.
What I received was a bag full of beans mixed with an excessive amount of chaff (silverskin/husks). The coffee tasted extremely bitter, woody, and papery—completely undrinkable.
When I contacted their customer service with photos of the chaff-filled grounds, their response was absolutely shocking and condescending.
They lectured me: Instead of addressing the quality issue, they tried to "educate" me on the fact that they are not Amazon, completely missing the point of my previous email context.
They admitted the defect: They explicitly admitted in writing that the chaff adds a "papery or woody flavour" to the coffee.
THE INSULT: Their solution? They told me to "sift or shake the grounds" myself to remove the chaff!
I paid for roasted coffee beans, not a "Do It Yourself" kit. Telling a customer to manually sift 1kg of coffee at home to get rid of your production mess is the most unprofessional advice I have ever heard from a roaster.
If you want to buy coffee and then spend hours sifting it like you are mining for gold just to make it drinkable, go ahead. Otherwise, stay away.
Pros: None. Cons: Arrogant support, poor quality control, woody taste.
UPDATE 25.11.2025 (ANSWER TO REDBER):
Thank you for the detailed lecture on static electricity and grind consistency. However, by focusing entirely on the "visuals" and "physics" of the grind, you are deliberately ignoring the CORE COMPLAINT of my review:
The complete lack of Aroma and Taste.
You claim this coffee was roasted just 3-4 days before I received it. As any coffee roaster knows, a premium bean roasted that recently should have a powerful, room-filling aroma upon opening and grinding.
This coffee had ZERO aroma and ZERO taste. It tasted flat, woody, and dead.
You can argue about "static clinging to the lid" all day to defend the visuals, but photos cannot convey flavor. A coffee that looks "clean" in a photo can still be "baked" (flavour killed during roasting) or made from old green beans.
Stop hiding behind technical excuses about "static" to invalidate my experience. I don't need "brewing advice"—I know how to brew coffee. I need a product that actually tastes like "Premium Guatemala Antigua," not like cardboard.
Your refusal to address the sensory defect (lack of flavor) is the real issue here.

Absolutely amazing coffee, sadly instant coffee is ruined for me now!
The customer service was friendly and incredibly helpful.
I cant wait to try all the different roasts.

Good to very good coffee beans but their lackadaisical approach means it’s time to move on. Price is average to high. They advertise 2-3 days delivery but always more than a week(+10days), doesn’t matter what day you order. Last time one bag was broken with coffee beans everywhere, packed that way. Be very apprehensive, all that I known that used them have moved on.

Really nice coffee, I have tried a few different coffee types and they are so much more flavoured than the coffee you find in supermarkets 😊

Ordered and after a week I had to follow up with Redber why my package had not arrived. After contact their office, I was told that Royal Mail had made a mistake with labelling. I have finally received my package after twelve days without any apology. I did however receive an apologetic email. Poor service and they have lost my custom
