In today’s uncertain financial times, many people are concerned about the status of their IRAs and/or Personal Saving Accounts. Given the potential for the dollars to continue losing its value due to run-away inflation, coupled with other factors affecting our financial futures, people are turning to the age-old security of precious metals to hedge against huge losses of their hard-earned funds. Numerous companies today are vying for your money to convert to “their” precious metals plans, and most of them only offer brochures to explain the details of making such conversions. These documents rarely explain the many differences between a precious metals account(s) and your traditional banking account(s).

Most people have “little-to-no knowledge” on how precious metals accounts are structured and/or how they work. My wife and I fell into this category, and we needed someone to explain in simplistic terms the A-B-C’s of moving our monies to precious metals. That brings me to my comments on Red Rock Secured and their team of professionals.

After more than a few discussions with different companies, it became abundantly clear that Red Rock Secured stood “head and shoulders” above all the others. Our contact at Red Rock, Mr. Kerrick Morris, deserves some kind of award for the patience he extended in answering our many questions. Over several weeks, and numerous phone calls, we felt comfortable in making an “initial investment” by converting both of our traditional IRAs, which were primarily structured around Money Market Accounts and Stocks. Kerrick clearly explained the conversion processes and helped us roll over these IRAs to precious metals IRAs. It should be noted that Kerrick’s role is helping clients understand the advantages of investing in precious metals and assisting in setting up same, but he will NOT offer any advice on what metals to purchase - - that decision is strictly up to the clients.

In addition to Mr. Morris’ incredible help, several other Red Rock Secured staff have followed up with us to inquire if any additional assistance is needed or additional questions answered. This is particularly true with Ashley Austin, Compliance Manager. Red Rock’s commitment to Customer Service is second to none! Given the short-term results already realized, we have since made an additional investment from our Personal Savings Accounts and will likely convert more dollars within the next few weeks. If anyone is considering making a conversion to precious metals to protect their retirement funds or savings, we would highly recommend Red Rock Secured.

Hmmmm...after reading several reviews, I'm guessing many if not most are from folks very new to this type of investing. Still, with the reviews seeming good - I submitted my contact info a few days ago in exchange for their free "guide".

After reading their material, then researching gold as an investment further and companies who offer this service - I decided this type of investing is not for me.

A moment ago - I got a call from one of their reps. I politely explained that I was just getting ready for surgery - and that I'd decided to pursue other options and would he please remove me from their contact list.

The guy sneered before hanging up..."Eh - good luck with that high inflation!". Wow. Good job, dude. All you did was earn a black mark for Red Rock. Just a dime a dozen, rude salesman.

To potential investors: be VERY thorough in your research of investing in gold - and also the companies who offer that service.
