This was my first experience with Red Rock, opening a precious metals IRA. The Red Rock employees I had contacts with were very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They followed through and delivered on everything they promised (a rarity in today's markets).

As a newbie to precious metals I was uncertain ground in my knowledge, but i was aided tremendously by Josh Fishman who guided me step by step in the whole process and answered all of my questions. Those who helped me set up my account were very helpful by explaining the process of obtaining actual tradable silver coins. They recommended the silver coins at the time I wanted to order, instead of getting a mixture of silver and gold coins because the current market was much more favorable for all silver, rather than a mixture of both. Later when the value of silver would start to drop and the value of gold would rise, and I had made some profit on the silver coins, then I would buy some gold coins with a few of my silver coins. I just heard from my broker that because the premium is still so high on doing so, that is why I haven't heard from him to consider trading some silver coins for gold. The climate in the market will be more favorable to do so during the 1st quarter of 2022, according to him. I can call him any time to see where the market is, and he said when it's a good time to make this trade, they will be in contact to start the process. In my opinion, I have done incredibly well so far by investing in all silver, having made 5% since the first part of January of this year.
