I am happy with Red Rock, but cannot give them five stars because I have had to contact them, more than once, to find out what was going on with our account I understand they are probably busy , but they need to understand this is our life savings we are dealing with and we have never done anything like this before and were concerned when we did not hear from them for what seemed like a long time.

So far I have completed 3 gold bullion purchases with Red Rock Secured. The only issue I had was my fault. When they tried to call me twice to coordinate the first bullion delivery, my phone voicemail was full and I missed both calls. So I was surprised when the delivery arrived. Since then I’ve had 2 more deliveries with no issues. I called a half dozen other well know precious metal suppliers before choosing Red Rock Secured. Red Rock was the only one that would ship less than $10,000 of gold. I didn’t want to experiment with a first time gold purchase with that much money involved. My first purchase was for about $3,500. Red Rock has very favorable reviews on both the Better Business Bureau and on Trustpilot. My agent Rick is very knowledgeable and willing to answer questions. He is very efficient and does not waste time completing transactions. For my second and third bullion purchases, I spent less than 2 minutes on the phone with him. I like that. No wasted time, straight to the point, get er done and move on. My shipments typically take about 4 weeks. I’m waiting on my forth shipment now. Keep in mind that you will pay about a 9.5% markup on bullion from the daily spot price. That’s the cost of doing business
