We were pleasantly surprised by our excellent experience with Red Rock Secured. We knew next to nothing about the purchase of precious metals. I placed a call after confirming its A+ rating with BB. The rep I first spoke with answered my rookie questions and sent me some information. I told him on that initial call that I did NOT want to be hounded by phone calls, and that I would call if/when we decided to purchase. He was true to his word and did not pester us with phone calls. When we did decide to purchase, our agent was remarkably understanding and patient with all our questions. He made sure we totally understood the process, and he explained the sales contract with us line by line. The process was handled very professionally. There is a period of time after the sale (when the price is set) until the metal is shipped. This was explained, and we received a few calls/emails during that time to explain the delay and assure us of the coming shipment. At all times we had a phone number to call to speak to our agent. We truly felt like valued customers, even though our purchase was undoubtedly smaller than many. From beginning to end, I highly recommend Red Rock Secured!

If what you ordered from them needs extra time to get to you, they will call every 2 weeks to touch bases and let you know that they are keeping an eye on things and will follow your order when it ships. Completely wonderful and easy to work with! I highly recommend them!!!
